Marvin did a fantastic job cleaning my sectional couch. I had lost hope on my formerly white sectional couch which was now looking more gray (so embarrassing when hosting guests!). I decided to hire professional cleaning after having tried to clean it myself a couple times (too much work and not nearly as clean as I wanted). He did an amazing job cleaning and restoring it to its original white color. His prices are super reasonable and equipment is top-notch. Worth every penny! I also thought it was very considerate of them to put on shoe covers before entering my house, especially since I have small children- any effort at cleanliness is always appreciated! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE -- MELVIN! I was given a timeframe for the service and specifically asked for a later arrival time. I received no response, and then 10 minutes later he texted me saying he was already at my home, without ever communicating that he was on his way or confirming the arrival time. Then, on top of the $200 I was already quoted, he tried to charge me an additional $120. That is completely unacceptable, especially when the additional charge was never clearly communicated to me beforehand. Very unprofessional service and extremely poor communication. I would not recommend. read more

Carpet Cleaning Excellent - Proof - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Anaheim, California

Marvin and the team at Carpet Cleaning Excellent were hired by my property manager after our tenant moved out after 5 years. You can imagine that after five years, the house would have had normal wear and tear, but there was more than we bargained for, such as pet stains despite claims that there were no pets. The team at CCE was on the job and took care of everything and got the house back to moving condition. They steam cleaned the floors/grout and got every carpeted area back to move-in ready. These guys will be my go to Company forever tenant turnover. The carpet lines are works of art! read more

Marvin helped us when we had an emergency flood and was able to come to our home within 30 minutes of initially reaching out (at 7:00AM). His quick response and timeliness saved us from further water damage. He was honest, forthcoming and straightforward regarding options. We had a toilet leak that flooded our entire home, and he was able to replace the pads, clean the carpets, extract the water as well as dehumidify. Thanks to Marvin's quick reply and extensive water damage experience, we were able to save our home from further damage and save our floors. I can't recommend him and the staff at Carpet Cleaning Excellent enough! We trusted him enough to leave keys when we weren't home, so that he and his crew could continue to work. Hopefully we will never be in this situation again, but if we were...he would be the FIRST person I called! read more

I messaged for a quote and in minutes I got a response and just a couple hours later my carpet was cleaned. Having a toddler, pet, and just being home ALL THE TIME with all this COVID-19 stuff going on, my carpet got so disgusting. I thought it was just going to need to be replaced but Marvin arrived and made it look like new. I will definitely be using his services again and refer to all my friends. read more

I had my couch cleaned because they had stains all over them including food stains, and from my dog sleeping on them. I contacted Marvin if he could help me out. He did an amazing job and was quick to finish the job. My couches are now stain free and they don't smell like wet dogs. My mother came to visit and even noticed the huge difference in the color of the couches. read more

I can't say my carpet cleaning experience was excellent. I reached out to Carpet Cleaning Excellent because I needed a small room cleaned along with a sofa and a loveseat. When Marvin told me he was done cleaning, I checked the room and realized that he hadn't cleaned under the bed and under the dresser. When I asked him why he neglected those areas, his response was that I hadn't mention it earlier. I was under the impression that when you want the room cleaned, you'll get the entire room cleaned not just a small portion. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his incomplete work, he said he couldn't do anything because he had already packed his stuff. After my sofas were dried, I realized that the small stains that I wanted cleaned, and my main reason to clean my sofas, where still there. So in summary, I wouldn't say they are "excellent" especially not in making sure that the customer is 100% happy. The lady I exchanged messages with prior to Marvin arriving was friendly and responsive. read more

Called Marvin about 3 of my rooms needing extensive carpet cleaning. Having gotten quotes from previous companies I've used in the past, I was definitely ready to shell out the money it would take to clean them... Nope. Charged me his standard price and did a better job than those I've used in the past. With better equipment too. Better work, for less dough. Yeah. 5 Stars. read more

I highly recommend this cleaning service. I have light carpet with pets and I'm amazed at how clean my carpet got even in the high traffic areas. Marvin is on time, very responsive, friendly and professional. If you're in a 3 story complex, this is your guy to call. read more

This is actually the 2nd time I've worked with Marvin directly and he's done a fantastic job each time. I had him come out to my house, then trusted him to come to my parents house. He did not only cleaned the carpets, but tile too. It looked significantly better than when he started the work. It really looked & felt new again! He took his time with his partner and scrubbed out carpet stains, grout in the tile and the little nooks and crannies too! He's very personable, does great work, is upfront about what outcome can be achieved and is fair with his pricing and we truly appreciate that. He's our go-to from now on. I'd recommend him to anyone read more

Marvin is a great guy and super professional. Our carpets are white and we're pretty dirty and I am not kidding when I say they look brand new. I highly recommend using his service over competitors because he is fast, professional and offers very competitive pricing. Also, he doesn't bait and switch or charge higher prices when he gets to the job unlike many other services I have used. Marvin is awesome! read more

Marvin is the best! I've called half a dozen places over the four years I've lived in my apartment and none have ever cleaned it like Marvin just did. He is professional and detailed in his cleaning. For example he wore booties over his shoes to maintain a clean sterile environment. He also gets deep into the carpet and all the edges. I will never call anyone else again! Many thanks!!! read more

Before Work: Great talk, Professional, Higher price then others, but was sold on quality sales pitch. During Work: Total Rush Job! After Work: Called back to complain a couple days later when other carpet guys said it was a piss poor job. He stated, "Sorry, I'm not going to do anything, go ahead and leave a bad review" Here is that review! Carpet Cleaning "FAR FROM" Excellent read more

Stay away from this fraudulent company. Called the police on me for not paying what ever they want which was $75 for one room and one stairs and for 30 minutues of work. Total crimminal enterprise. Agreed to $40, he said he qutoed $75. Why would I pay $75 for one room and a stair or for 30 minutes of work. Con artist. I called the police my self. Waited hours for the police. If you want the police called on you, do not call this company. read more

This review is long over due but we have had Marvin come twice now to clean our couches. We picked them up as used (got a great deal and couldn't say no!) So we needed them cleaned asap. He had them looking almost new! Marvin did a fantastic job for a great price. Very friendly and communicates well. He let's me know when he is on his way and If he isn't able to be on time he tells me he will need about 20 mins or so (which is fine things happen you know) instead of having me waiting around wondering. We will no doubt continue to use him in the future for any carpet/upholstery needs. (Looking for a house soon which will hopfully have carpet yay ) if you want a good job for a good price Marvin's your guy! read more

Great prices. Great service. Marvin showed up on time and was a complete pro. I hired him for an office cleaning. He cleaned up the work from a previous cleaning I tried to do by renting a machine. Should have called him from the get go. Professional equipment in a very nice van. I couldn't ask for more. Please contact me if you need any more info about the job. Marvin and his team came through for me today. Sunday morning. Had a birthday party last night at home and people managed to track cake frosting on carpet and sectional sofa. I hope no one ever has to deal with this. Marvin right away knew what to do and I was glad he explained how difficult it would be to remove such stains. Pricing was awesome for coming on such short notice. Highly recommend this team and will do business again. Thank you! read more

Marvin showed up right on time and only charged $150 for my very dirty, stained carpet. It was not a large area but the carpet is old and white (not my choice... I rent). There were some stains left over here and there.... he did mention a deeper spot treatment; yet, I did not want him to spend several hours treating them (and I did not want to spend much on carpets that are not mine). he was done in less than 75 minutes and they look very nice now (mostly white). And, most importantly, my girlfriend is now happy and no longer disgusted (my thoughts about my own apartment and life are inconsequential). read more

Excellent, thorough cleaning of our tile and carpet. Love that we were able to get it all done by the same person/company. Marvin got us into his schedule within just a few days and was punctual, informative, and friendly. would definitely recommend him to anyone interested and will definitely use him again. read more

They did an amazing job! My carpets where so bad and they had a very bad pet/urine smell and they came in and made it all better. My carpets look 1000% better than when they got here and my apartment smells fresh and not like a pet store! They also cleaned one of my sofas that my 3 dogs like to use as a bathroom and it looks brand new and does not smell like pet urine anymore! I will definitely be saving their number in my phone for future reference and I will be telling all my friends/family about them. They also have very great pricing for everything they did. I live in an 2 story apartment with 2 bedrooms, dining room, living room, and he cleaned a love seat style sofa for $300. You can not beat that my place smells amazing and looks great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! read more
