Only one person in front and Bert in the back so don't expect fast service. But that is why you should come here to rub elbows with the locals and just enjoy life and good food.

I specifically requested extra strawberries, but I only got 3 or 4 small pieces in a "love it" size, which felt careless. My mom's ice cream was incredibly disappointing as well. Stingy with both the ice cream and toppings she asked for. If you're going to work in customer service, there should be a commitment to serving customers well. It shouldn't be that difficult. She left them a tip afterward, but it turned out to be a decision she regretted. Do better.
