The only ice cream shop in the town! We came here after a hike to get some thing cold to eat. There were many flavors listed on the outside board. A lot of them are pretty basic to me and I decided to try their honey cinnamon walnut because I've never seen those combinations together before. There was a a long line, but it move pretty fast. There are flavors that you can try. If you can ask the servers I tried the red raspberry it tasted really like cotton candy but that wasn't the flavor I was going for. And I'm glad I tried the honey cinnamon walnut because it was good. I loved the nuts in the ice cream. The flavour tasted similar like the Horchata drink. meh, this was kinda mid to be honest. this place was much recommended to me and we stopped in after a hike. i got the half scoop of blueberry ice cream and sis got a scoop of chocolate almond ($6.10). mine tasted really artificial and extremely sweet. sis' chocolate almond tasted better but almond lacked the nutty crunchiness we came to expect. they didn't post the price nor did i kno half scoop was an option until we stepped up to order. our order came out to be a little under $12 i believe, so the half scoop is something like $5..? kinda pricey for mid ice cream. read more

We ordered two scoops in corn each. Blueberry, Vanilla Cinnamon, Dulce de Leche, and Walnut ice cream. The total cost was $18.17 with a 15% tip. There were 5 staff taking orders and busy working and friendly. I sampled "Maple Bacon". It contains actual pieces of bacon... hmmmm. I didn't order that. The way they put the ice cream all the way down to the bottom of the corn was great, and the volume was adequate. Although the ice cream was creamy and tasty, it was nothing special, missing like striking rich flavor, to write about compared to other good ice cream stands. All flavors were just okay for us. There are 4-5 chairs on their porch. You can sit there and view the hudson river. Or walk up to the river side and enjoy both the view and your ice cream. read more
