I stopped here after a long hike and got the most delicious and refreshing boba tea. The employees were very nice and friendly. This place is very nice inside the ambiance is super cool and clean. Definitely recommended after strolling through the city for a nice afternoon treat.

Cannot miss their seasonal special yuzu tea and mushroom pizza. Their crust hit different. Even their croissant tasted different not the usual one but great. I love their branding and packaging as well. The server was super sweet.

Super cute spot! Looks so modern too! Definitely has that Ying and yang vibe to it. Everything seems so well balanced. I tried a few things: - Guava with pineapple coconut Fresh milk tea (so good! Subtle sweetness) - Mango milk tea (sweet and creamy) - Caprese Sandwich (yummy and filling, comes with chips.) - passion fruit, coconut Cheese cake (my favorite!) Now I want to talk about the staff. Lily was so kind and helpful. She made the experience extra special.

Every time i'm in Cold Spring i stop by this place, and i can't recommend it enough. The staff are so nice and the place is very modern yet cozy! Their boba is some of the best i've tried, and their pizza is the best i've ever tried as someone who has lived in nyc my whole life. I dont take that compliment lightly . Super convenient spot and a MUST go!!

I will for sure be going here every time Im in the area!!! The place is elegant, spotless, and beautifully decorated with a warm, modern Asian-inspired aesthetic that feels so inviting. Very busy and long lines but soo worth it. The service was friendly and they took time to chat with me about ingredients. We had the Truffle pizza and the Spicy Salami pizza and they were INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS!! The crust was puffy and light and flavors were insane. They have a grand variety of delicious teas and drinks. Go here - it's a must !!!!

This bubble tea cafe is literally one of beautifully designed and decorated places I been too, it's really relaxing to bonsai trees in floor, to digital fireplace and comfy seating. They went hard on atmosphere here. The service here was amazing too, the counter cashier was so polite and friendly like every customer was valued and had no problem letting me know what something was like and its taste when I asked, like when I asked about strawberry cream pancake and she warned me the strawberry flavor was strong in it, and she was right. The pancake itself was very light, but filling well is in your face strawberry flavored . The Beignet was chocolatey goodness, but I really wish it had way more white chocolate filling inside. The strawberry mint slush was refreshingly delicious and I got brain freeze from how cold it was. I love plastic resealable that look like soda cans and actually have top you can reseal, definitely reuse it. I can't recommend this place enough.

My 12 year old is obsessed with boba teas and of course we couldn't pass Rowseelee by when visiting Cold Spring. It was a gorgeous Sunday afternoon in early October and the line was LONG. The wait was worth it though, because the teas were delicious and the packaging was super cute. I had a green apple fruit tea and my daughter had mocha tea with strawberries and whole milk. We both enjoyed our drinks thoroughly. We will be back if in the area.

Super refreshing and not too sweet. I especially liked the mango drink and loved that they use fresh fruit

Walked by and saw that the interior was really nice. But, since I live in Flushing in NYC, I was skeptical when it said it had boba tea. After a hike, we wanted to sit down and relax. I gave it a chance. It impressed me with all the details. First of all, I saw Vietnamese coffee on the menu. Though we didn't order it, I think my rose latte was made by Vietnamese coffee. Delicious! My husband had the cold crew, which was Kona Coffee. He really enjoyed it! And not to mention, the presentation of the drinks. They came in cans, which we needed to remove the lids and pull the rings to open. It was so cute. And the ice in the drinks were spheres, which more impressed me. The decor was beautiful and the vibe was relaxing. I really love this cafe.

Large Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba

I ordered a large Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with boba. The boba was chewy. I drank the milk tea a lot quicker than I typically do and my boyfriend kept coming back for more sips, which meant that was better than average milk tea. The menu was on the pricier side, but this spot looked so unique. There were booths big enough to fit our group of 6, which allowed for a more private experience. There was an average wait time for my order, considering the amount of people in the dessert shop.

Very beautiful and hand crafted interior as well as very intentional and well thought out drinks/food. I ordered the chocolate bubble tea and my friend ordered the jasmine tropical fruit with coconut. Both were amazing and had eco friendly packaging. We also ordered the matcha chocolate soufflé lava cake with matcha ice cream which had a great presentation and taste. We were greeted by the owner who explained to us that none of the fruit drinks have any added sugar and that the interior of the store is completely hand crafted. Everything from the moss to the trees inside are preserved or alive and made by him!

When visiting beautiful towns in upper NY like Coldspring, I don't usually expect high-quality boba tea shops however Rowseelee is the exception. Here you find just that with excellent tea with a thoughtful and beautifully designed interior. However, you should expect to pay a hefty price as this tea is definitely more expensive than your regular tea shop I tried the guava pineapple coconut iced jasmine tea and it definitely hit the spot. The tea was in an aesthetically pleasing clear can-shaped cup. I recommend this tea shop if you have the time to visit and enjoy some Instagram-able tea in a zen-like environment.

    Cool floor detail

This is a must try spot if you enjoy Asian drinks. What really makes this spot stand out is the aesthetic which is a modern nature with sleek lines and seating but touches of moss lit up underneath the floors and mirrored fireplace accent wall. Seating is ample considering the small space and feels cozy throughout. As for the drinks I tried a lychee bubble tea that was very tasty and again came in an aesthetically pleasing cup that you almost want to take home and reuse. Also, got a beignet and while it was tasty it wasn't anything to write home about. Overall, pricing is comparable and for the elevated vibes it's fair. Staff is friendly and overall everything is clean. Will totally look to return and definitely recommend.

There's always something new to discover. While I was there planning to visit the Italian Art Gallery nearby, I came across Cold Spring Coffee House and saw that it had great reviews, so I figured it would be the perfect place to start my day. Getting there: If you're coming from NYC, the Metro-North is super convenient. The coffee house is an easy walk from the Cold Spring train station, which makes it a great stop when spending the day exploring the town. Inside, the coffee house isn't overly decorated, but it has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I wasn't a huge fan of how close together some of the tables were, but it was quiet enough to sit. They also have a few tables out front if you'd rather enjoy your coffee while taking in the charming street. But the real showstopper here is the pastry selection! With such a beautiful display of pastries, who needs extra decorations? There were so many tempting options that it was hard to choose, but I ultimately went with the Goat Cheese & Honey Danish and paired it with a medium coffee. Overall, I'm glad I added this stop to my Cold Spring adventure. I always enjoy spending time here, strolling through the town, popping into the different shops, and finding little spots like this along the way. It's a great place to grab a coffee and pastry before continuing to explore everything Cold Spring has to offer.

I'll reserve the 'one star' treatment for dining establishments with filth issues or horrendously bad service. That said, Village Scoop is awarded a pity star because the product is basically good. (But really, how do you screw up ice cream?) They have a decent selection of flavors and the ice cream tastes good. Usually, that's enough to get me in the door and spend three dollars for two scoops. After all, it's just ice cream and I enjoy the convince of walking around the corner (I live in Cold Spring) and grabbing a cone on my way to the river. However, after last weekend I will not go here anymore. In the past, it's been annoying things like getting the wrong change back ( I was over charged) or the shop runs out of napkins (I mean, really? You sell a sticky melting product.) Or the time that the counter person gave me my sloshing milkshake in a big Styrofoam cup without a lid. I asked for a lid and she said "we don't have any". Okay then, why didn't you tell me that before I ordered? Or give me an extra cup? I had my son in the stroller, so naturally, the overflowing (it's mostly milk, of course- nice and runny) cup of milkshake spilled onto his head as I placed it in the cup holder. I was the only person in the shop. She watched this happen and didn't so much as offer a napkin. Nice. Last weekend, I ordered two scoops in a dish. I asked about a flavor that wasn't labeled as chocolate but looked like it. He had no idea what it was and thought that that was pretty amusing. So, I order mystery flavor for the thrill of discovery. Apparently, he didn't want to make much of an effort to reach across to the front of the bin because I watched as he scooped a very small scoop and then made another lazy attempt at scoop two but gave up and topped it off with a little bit of shaving. Thanks. Nice work. I said, as politely as I could "That's not really two scoops, right? I'll pay just one if that's all you could get." By now he's already rung up two scoops and says "yeah well...uh...three dollars." It was easier to pay than to deal with this guy. Basically, the employees are running this place into the ground and the owners don't care enough to notice. There are a million other places to get better ice cream: Cuppocino (more expensive, but they load it up and the service is terrific), Frozenberry (fun, cheap), Cold Spring Pizza (ice cream and gelato), Hudson Hil's ( caramel sea salt, anyone?), just to name a few.
