Roeseelee definitely gives off high end bubble tea spot. They are "strict" on customizing your drinks especially if you want extra toppings. The staff was friendly at first but when asking questions about the drinks, they were very stern. The drinks were decent and is a cute spot to try. The interior is very pretty. They also sell some items by the register, pretty high price points but I think thats due to the area its in. Did not get to try the food but I am sure it is good for the area. read more

Went to rowseelee for National Ice Cream day and had two ice creams and a matcha slush tea, which is a newer menu item. The matcha slush tea ($8.95) was sweet but with a distinct matcha flavor, and was very well blended and enjoyable on a hot day. The matcha chocolate ice cream was a little more subtle in flavor but still clearly matcha, with bits of chocolate and oreo for texture. The ice cream was pretty good texture wise. My brother got the peanut butter crunch bento ice cream and he said it was "one of the best" ice creams he's ever had. It was the perfect blend of sweet, refreshing, salty and nutty with nice crunchy crushed up waffle cone at the bottom too. He ate it extremely fast and was very impressed with it. Of note the ice creams are nearly 8 dollars for one scoop each, but when dining in it comes nicely presented. Service was ok. Overall a really nice first visit for my brother and a good stop in for me. read more

My bf and I decided to stop by on a Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed our experience here. We tried the bubble tea, jasmine fruit tea, desserts, and coffee. For desserts we each ordered a lava cake and it comes with ice cream that is either coffee or tea flavored. The desserts were delicious! It was not too crowded when we got there and we were able to sit and chat. This is the perfect place to hangout and catch up with friends. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, they were able to provide us with some great suggestions about what drinks to choose. Nina was so wonderful and helpful my first time there, and recommended we tried the truffle pinsa (since I told her I love mushrooms). Told her I wanted more mushrooms on one side since I was sharing it and my daughter who typically doesn't eat mushrooms. (My daughter ended up eating most of it and didn't mind the mushrooms at all!) It was so airy and light, yet crispy and you can taste the white truffle oil in it. Price point seem a little high until you have a bite. It's worth it. The quality of ingredients reflects the price. I also had the honey dew slushie, coffee, and matcha ice cream with chocolate cookie crumbles, which were all delicious. read more

My husband and I were taking a long scenic drive. My husband saw this place on the map and we decided to stop in. First the decor is just beautiful. I have not seen anything like it. Neither of us have ever tried boba so we had no clue what to choose. The menu was over the register but I dont remember there being a description. Rowseelee offered: Fruit Tea Fresh Milk Slush Tea Matcha Milk Tea Hot Brew Coffee Cold Brew Tea & Kona Cold Brew I went with Kona Cold Brew - Melted Ice Cream Latte. My husband had Fresh Milk - Chocolate Milk with Boba. The cans because they are clear are nice to look at. Boba is interesting feeling and I have not quite decided if I like it. And my husband and I ended up switching I liked his chocolate milk better. Definitely an experience and I would go back at some point to give something else a try. read more

Well that was neat! This is NOT your granny's tea room, there is not a doily or teapot in site. Instead we've got a wall of fire, booths with a meditation garden and fountains along the other wall, a fancy curved bench and tables down the center of the room, mood lighting, and cozy booths. Pastries are shipped in from France and Italy, and the coffee and teas are made to order and poured into the fancy thick vessels depicted here. A stunning presentation though my inner conservationist was aghast at the waste; there's got to be a better way. My passion fruit mint tea over crushed ice was refreshingly delicious. My tried and true Dunkin and Starbucks loving husband enjoyed his coffee, especially the round ice cubes; again, it's ALL about presentation. On this beautiful day we took advantage of one of the two outdoor tables (don't get too excited, your just sitting on Mahopac's Route 6, but not going to lie, it got me thinking of visiting Trattoria Sei across the street soon) I can totally see the high school elite dropping in for their high end caffeine hit after school or while skipping class, and this setting would be great for a casual date. It would also be perfect for an after dinner coffee; maybe after dinner across the street! Professional and friendly staff described the product well and were attentive. First time at this teahouse and am very impressed with the quality. I'm a ceremonial matcha connoisseur and to find quality blends outside NYC is hard. Had a iced matcha latte w/oat and it was smooth. We also tried the jasmine pearl green tea and it was also quality stuff. Needed a good treat and we tried the lemon wild berry crumble. While it's true the ambience is nice, this place is incredibly overpriced and not worth the value at all. The menu's are not accurate. They will not add boba to most of their drinks - even the ones they say they will. The drinks are full of ice and they will not offer without. They say their products are imported from Japan to justify the price but I highly doubt that because it tastes the same as other spots that use powder. They also add mandatory tip and provide no service. Would not return, do not recommend, do not think this place will last. read more

I'm on a quest to find the best matcha in the area and this is the best so far. It's really well balanced and not overly sweet nor bitter. My only complaint is that they only have dairy milk and oat milk. I assume this is because they focus on locally-sourced products but I'm sensitive to both and I wish they had almond. It's also too expensive for everyday. Additionally, partner is a somewhat picky coffee person and they really liked the options here, they're great. The beignets were pretty good too. Employees are pleasant. The ambiance feels out of place in the area, but I personally appreciate that. It's also great that they're open later than most of the other cafes in the area. read more

Super sad to write this as I used to get allot of tea's here but they won't allow you to use oat milk instead of the non dairy creamer even if you clearly tell them you're allergic. They're pretty intense about it. They won't let u do no ice or less ice which sucks as then there is almost no tea. It's the only boba near my house so I'm trying to make something there work. But I see other customers r having same issues so I'm hoping they listen and change things! Note to management: what you save in tea amount you'll loose 10 times in repeat customers. If they allowed changes everyone is asking for is go daily. But as is I'll maybe go once or twice a month if that. read more

Ok. Soo i really wanted to like this place. I was very excited to have a boba tea place near my home. However this place unfortunately did not live up to my expectation. Theres a very poor smell of candles but we can put that aside. We waited an excessive amount of time for our boba. The medium size can be finished in about 6 sips. Half the cup is ice. Which I understand ice is necessary, but when u compare to places like gongcha or kungfu, the size was very very small for the price. I dont mind paying for a decent cip of boba but the sizing was not up to expectation. The taste was average but it lacked regular flavors like a Taro or Thai tea. Ive traveled to boba places across the country and out of country and they offer that at a minimum. The customer seevice was attentive so I wanted to give the third star for them. Maybe i will return, they just opened so perhaps they need to workout kinks. read more
