This one is by far the best. It's well maintained and VERY clean; both out on the floor and in the locker room. The other members are well educated, friendly, and courteous when lifting weights/doing cardio's. Rarely do you hear grunts, groans and dropping weights. The front counter staff are friendly; both coming and going. The trainers are professional and know what they're doing. I like this facility. How often do I go; 7/7 (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)

The inflated price seems to create extremely entitled, mostly older gym-goers, that hoard 4-5 sets of freeweights at a time, and then hold loud 45-minute work calls while monopolizing a cable tower and glaring at anyone who comes close. If you want your routine to take 2 hours to do half as much actual lifting, spend 20 minutes trying to park, and still cost literally 10x as other gyms, then go for it. And hey, at least the locker rooms are clean. Just never try to cancel. They will call, text, email, and otherwise harass you to re-join every 2-3 months for the rest of your life. And no, they do not listen to requests to stop.

I really enjoy…read moreMauricio's Zumba classes, but there's one ongoing issue that honestly should be addressed by the gym staff. Some members constantly save large sections of the front row for friends who don't arrive until class is about to start. Today, Friday class for example, one lady used like 8 water bottles to reserve spots for people who showed up right as class began. Meanwhile, people who actually arrived early couldn't use those spaces. It's honestly surprising to see such territorial behavior from grown women in a fitness class...embarrassing. I understand saving one spot for a friend, but this has become excessive and very territorial. The classes get packed, and some of the behavior feels less like a fitness class and more like auditions for Dancing With the Stars. We get it... everyone has their favorite spot, but don't be selfish. The class should feel welcoming and fair for everyone. I hope the gym staff will address this so all members can enjoy the classes equally. I can also see how new clients could feel discouraged from trying these classes when faced with this type of behavior.

I'm a lone wolf and have never taken any workout classes before, but my wife bought me a trial period to check it out. I have to say these guys have won me over! Their workouts are challenging and will change you level of fitness and confidence in a way that brings you back. TJ and Dan get everyone in a session to push based on where they are. Top athletes who never stopped working out, to a guy like me trying to get off the couch. If you're an athlete, they'll get you to the next level. If you're a normal person, don't be intimidated. They'll meet you where you are at and get you to a place you don't believe is possible. That's why I'm happy to give them my highest recommendation.

The staff is solid and the owner is very personable and knowledgeable. Lots of diversity with respect to training levels and goals. There are competitive bodybuilders, powerlifters, and folks who just want to get in good shape. Great overall vibe there. And whether your heads down, listening to music and not wanting to be disturbed while you train or if you appreciate collaborating with others members respect styles.
