I absolutely love F45! As a busy mom, it can be hard to find time for myself, especially with my youngest being only two years old. I love that I can just show up, not have to think about what workout to do, and know I'm going to get an amazing workout every single time. This is genuinely the best I've felt since having my youngest son. I have so much more energy, I feel stronger, and I even feel better mentally. The workouts are challenging but so much fun, and the instructors are incredibly helpful, encouraging, and motivating. The atmosphere is amazing too. It has such a great community feel and everyone is so welcoming. I'm so grateful I found F45 and would highly recommend it! read more

I really like this studio. I like F45 in general since it's a quick workout and I don't have to think about it. They create the routine and you just follow along. But this studio is nice and cool. I only like high temps if I'm doing hot yoga. Always plenty of parking. Nice complex. read more

From my very first workout, to becoming a member, I have been nothing but impressed by the F45 La Costa gym. The instructors are amazing and the community has been so welcoming! Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. I also appreciate the variety of classes and rotation to different programs each couple of weeks. It keeps things fresh and interesting. read more

They have the most amazing instructors and classes that's why I gave it a five star. But if you are a mom that goes to this class and are talking nonstop during the entire class, you are distracting other members. FYI. There are a lot of members right now that are annoyed by this and all that happens is the music gets louder, which is also annoying read more

Beforw I even did my first workout, I filled out a questionnaire and heard back from the owner supporting my plan for fitness and health. as someone who has some weight to lose and strength and balance to gain, F45 La Costa has a welcoming environment, from owners to staff to members! I also love how varied the workouts are and how helpful coaches are when you need to modify something. read more

Jasmine was a great coach, great work out, It was definitely a challenge and will try again! read more

F45 Training - La Costa - Interval Training Gyms Near Me - Carlsbad, California

I've been a member of F45 La Costa for almost 2 years now, I love this gym! I always leave happier than when I came in- not just from finishing a great workout, but also because of the positive atmosphere. All of the trainers are fun, friendly and knowledgeable. They've helped my form and movement, and combined with the fun structured workouts I've lost fat and gained muscle. F45 has both improved my fitness and brought me new friends and community, and for that I couldn't be more grateful! read more

This F45 location is amazing. The owner is amazing the culture is amazing. My second class was done today and I am a fan through and through. I look forward to them helping my 2024 journey. For 2023 I did Orange Theory to get in shape for the summer. As much as Orange theory was great I always wished for a little more strength training. As a father of two, I really don't have the time to go to a gym and train for two hours. These classes literally hit every faucet I need in a small window. If you are thinking of joining I honestly cannot think of a con. Jump in and enjoy the experience. read more

F45 is the awesome! I am so thankful it was refer to me by my girlfriend. I was a little intimated to go at first. I had not done a class workout like this before but I am so glad I did. Everyone was friendly, there is no judgment, it goes by quickly, you feel great and you can see your body changing and getting stronger. F45 in La Costa has a large clean facility. The coaches are motivating and there is a big sense of community and positive energy. read more

I told my husband today that this is my happy place No matter what the day brings, F45 is a constant that leaves me feeling accomplished and confident. I am noticeably stronger and keep pushing myself harder. I have never been as committed to working out in my life, but I don't really see an end in site! Thank you to Weston and Jason in particular for making workouts so fun and pushing me harder even when I am half asleep! read more

Wow great place! The trainers are the best! Very hard workout and quick! Try it out for a week you won't regret it!

I was skeptical about F45 being a hard enough workout for me. I was doing Crossfit for 8 years prior to joining F45 and I didn't think it would be challenging in comparison. I have been pleasantly surprised and still here after a year! The workouts are scalable and I can adjust the intensity to meet my fitness level. The variety of cardio vs lifting is awesome. The La Costa studio is spacious and clean (much more spacious than any other F45 I've been to). The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend checking it out! read more

I love this place. Awesome efficacious work outs. Jason Weston and Jasmine are great people. No yelling It's like having a great high school coach. U will get shredded. read more

F45 is the best! These 45 minute classes is a gym game changer and continues to keep me excited! I have been going for almost a year and I have seen some amazing changes with my strength and body. I love it!! I get so excited- I sign up for a whole week in advance. Amazing trainers(coaches) that will learn your potential and push you in a positive way. I love that F45 has the videos and frees up the trainers allowing them to walk around correcting posture, cheer you on, or modifying exercises- which lends this group experience to being more individualized to you! If you are looking to finesse your fitness routine, this is totally it! read more

Best workout ever! If you want to get your heart rate up while gaining functional strength, this is your spot! Oh and the coaches are awesome! I started here in June 2021 (as soon as I was fully vaccinated) and it was the best way to feel more like myself post-baby. It was great that there were no mirrors so I could just focus on how the exercises felt. The coaches taught me (who didn't know a thing about lifting) about technique and form and now I'm constantly pushing my PR's. I have found the best home in this studio and hope you come and join us! You might get sore, but I can guarantee you won't regret it! read more

I have been attending this F45 La Costa for over 6 months, and it has consistently been a solid experience all around. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, motivating, and are super welcoming! They cater to all fitness levels, and the atmosphere in each class is motivating and I always know I am getting the most of my workout! Trainers will help adapt workouts to one's ability as well. I used to go to the gym for years and create my own workouts there, but I have found my results and exercises feel so much more efficient and well rounded going here, and I have learned so many new exercises that feel so applicable to every day life. I can do so much more now than when I first started. I honestly am so thankful to have found a place I can consistently rely on and it has helped me immensely feel more confident and grounded. Thanks a ton to all the trainers here and the owner :) HIGHLY recommend this place. read more

I never thought that I would enjoy going to the gym and never have but after choosing to focus on my fitness and signing up on a whim, 1 year later I can truly say that my experience with the La Costa F45 has been life changing. The coaches are so supportive, the location is great, the workouts are fantastic and the community is incredibly welcome. I went from never exercising to going nearly every day and have never felt better. Any fitness, any background could benefit from this gym! Other gyms or F45s don't nearly have the studio size or attentive coaches as La Costa, so definitely check them out! read more

F45 is a great training program. I have my own gym with machines at home but I was always dreading working out as it was just too boring. F45's fast pace, always changing workouts and energizing music is addictive and make you want to go every day. Never a dull moment and 45 minutes are flying by. Results are clearly visible after 10-14 days and no muscles are being left out. F45 La Costa is a great place! The very knowledgeable and friendly staff makes you instantly feel like family and almost act as personal trainers that constantly give you tips and make sure you're moves and pasture are correct. A big plus is the roomy space, plenty parking and it's never crowded read more

What a hidden gem! The facility is beautiful and clean, but the coaches are what make this F45 THE BEST!! This is personal training but at group prices....crazy!! I've never experienced such top notch instructors with attention to detail on form as I have with Jason, Jasmine, Weston and Will. F45 has been so fun, I started alone and had great workout partners of all ages and abilities but then I got my husband to go. Such a treat to workout together but each getting our own challenge. Brilliant concept no matter your fitness, age or ability. read more

I've been doing f45 for over a year and a half now and it's awesome!! I've always been skeptical of group workouts and of trainers, I feel like all other gyms I've been to they just play favorites. But here all of the trainers are awesome and really genuine! I love working out with everyone; Taryn, Weston, Jason, Jasmine and Mandie! They all know how to modify if you need and also know how to push you because the majority of the time, they know what you're capable of more than you do! Definitely worth the cost and you always see familiar faces in classes - no matter the time. read more

I joined F45 about two months ago after being referred by a friend and was immediately hooked! It's hard to describe this gym without experiencing it firsthand, but I'll give it my best shot. The trainers are all so knowledgeable and they truly go out of their way to get to know each member and make them feel welcome. The workouts are different every day, and they're always the perfect balance of challenging and fun. Everyone I've met at the gym so far has been super friendly. My husband saw me loving it so much he finally joined as well! Thank you F45! read more

I love our F45 studio. I always know if I just show up, I'll be so happy I made it! The workouts are exactly what I was looking for, a mix of cardio, strength and some hybrid. My favorite part is the trainers. They are all the best and are really knowledgeable about the body and how to keep you safe. Everything can be modified. I took a long time to build up and then when I did, I was so proud of how strong I've gotten. read more

F45 La Costa and Poinsettia are amazing locations to work out at. The F45 training concept is greatly effective but only as effective as it's gym team. You can't beat this team, the owners and coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, motivating, educational and treat everyone like family. They have built a true community making everyone feel welcome, included and eager to work harder. I couldn't say enough great things about this gym. Come check it out, you won't regret it. read more

I can never commit going to a standard gym or wake up to go for a run regularly. Life is too short for doing things you don't enjoy. I needed to find a workout that would push your cardio and muscle limits while being fun and F45 was the solution for me. Coaches are simply fantastic; they are funny, knowledgable and they know how to bring the best out of every individual. The music selection and the audio system is really nice, it really makes a difference. Seeing others try to do their best on the similar moves gives you the extra push you need for optimal workout. It just takes 1 or 2 workouts to fall in love with this place. You gotta give it a try. read more

Great workout and wonderful people! I highly recommend F45 La Costa! The workout is different every day so it doesn't get too repetitive. Great vibes! read more

As an avid "worker outer", I've been to a lot of studios throughout the country and this one is my absolute favorite. The classes I take give me the appropriate amount of strength necessary to keep my running and swimming strong. Every class day is something different, a different kind of push, so I never get bored. We work every muscle (even the ones you don't know about). My husband and I been coming to this studio regularly since the pandemic shut everything down. It's clean, spacious, and the coaches are rockstars! I love it so much, I don't like going out of town because I end up missing this class!!! read more
