Under his guidance I have lost 23 lbs in 8 weeks and have been able to keep it off! I used to be out of shape, lethargic, and dependent on prescription meds for my acid reflux. But NO MORE! Julio showed me the light. Now I am more energetic, in great shape and I am very happy in my life for the first time in a long time. He is a great educator on nutrition and proper eating habits.

He's very tuned in to your needs and goals and finds creative ways to achieve them. I had some older injuries and he helped me craft a plan to work around it. He's intuitive, highly knowledgeable in sports medicine, has unique, individualized approaches to training, and is very experienced. And, while the training was excellent and results were solid, I think the best part of Hooleeo Fit is the encouragement, friendship and education. In other words, I found the focus and work on my health and appearance-the physical stuff--to be incredible, but I also learned ways to get and stay healthy emotionally and mentally. A well-rounded approach to getting and staying healthy. The results are incredible and worth every investment of time and money. Whether your a beginner to training or an experienced athlete, Julio is a great addition to your wellness team. And, you'll likely find a friend and encourager.

Parking is a lot better here since it's all open and uncovered and there's other stores around so it's a big lot. Also, they don't play music insanely loud to where my watch is yelling at me for the loud noise environment. They also have two instructors for bigger classes which is a huge plus so they can make sure everyone is doing the stations correctly. Oh and they have sweat towels provided so you don't have to bring one! We love it here so far. Highly recommend this studio!

For my first day I tried cardio / plyometrics. It was a fantastic workout. Each station has a designated number and you're placed in groups of 2-3 people with the option of choosing from two different workouts at each section. Kayleigh made sure I was paired with a seasoned F45 member, since it was my first time. Every group is assigned a number and rotate to the next workout section. The coaches assist as needed and there are tv displays that demo how to do each workout, when to begin the sets, pause, and move to the next station. Kayleigh and Jacob did a 5 star job. I appreciate how clean and organize they kept the gym. Their process is great and it worked for me. If they weren't assisting, they were organizing the equipment or cleaning. They stayed engaged with the group - all this at 5:30 AM and there was a lot of us. Thank you for the great experience!! I felt very welcomed, informed, comfortable at the studio, and got a great workout.

My friend recommended it to me since I've been wanting to get back into strength training after giving birth a few months ago. The trainers are incredibly friendly and helpful, and help with form or any necessary modifications. I'd say about 10-20 people go per session and it's broken up into sections so at most you'd be with about 4-5 people in each circuit. I was intimidated at first but everyone is supportive and just on their own fitness journey. There are days that focus on lower body, upper body, or full body, with some cardio as well depending on if it is a "circuit" vs a "strong" class. There are many available times to go whether it is in the morning or evening. What's also a bonus is parking is not an issue since it is in a plaza. Highly recommend!

It was a great change for me considering coming back from a injury (looking for a place with low impact on the knees). After contacting them on their instagram page, I went to the gym to check it out before the scheduled time of my one day pass. Cassie (the owner) is very friendly and gave a brief run down of the class and want to expect. I had my struggles coming back from injury and three months of inactivity, but the coaches and community were such a great source of encouragement and motivation. Coaches are always there to help motivate you, and the community is very much down to earth and more of a family and not uptight or clickish in comparison to other places I've been to. That's obvious when there's a newcomer checking the place out and they get introduced to current members as someone just there for a trial, or looking for a partner. If you're looking for a new place to work out or looking for a new community (maybe to those new in the area) I'd certainly recommend coming and giving P360 San Marcos a try. Coaches are wonderful, community is great, and the workouts are a lot of work, but our community makes it fun. Great job to the staff.

The amount of support that I receive from coaches and fellow athletes alike is something I wouldn't have believed existed, or known that I needed, until I experienced it firsthand. Instead of standing in line for equipment, we share and make sure everyone is taken care of. Instead of awkward silence in common areas, there is laughter and camaraderie. Instead of putting in my hour of exercise and clocking out for the day, there is constant motivation and support to better my health through nutrition challenges & resources. Everyone is cheered and celebrated equally - from the chubby girl in her first class doing the most scaled versions imaginable (that was me!) to the mutant superstar doing 48" box jumps and handstand push-ups like they're nothing (still not me, but maybe someday?). People in all walks of life and in all stages of fitness are welcomed into the fold. This community support is the foundation on which all of my accomplishments and improvements have been built. I can't say enough great things about the owners and coaches. This special place is clearly a product of their passion for helping people be their best selves. The class sizes are never too large for the coach to give everyone personal attention and instruction on the technical movements. Even with someone as uncoordinated as myself who needs things explained to them every time like it's my first time, they're patient and generous with their attention and help. With their help, I've done so many things I'd never imagined myself doing (HSPU and rope climbs? Ahhh!). In FLxR's walls, I have celebrated many many firsts and PRs. I feel stronger and more confident in my body's abilities than I've ever felt in my life. I've gone from dreading WOD every day to wanting, or rather NEEDING it (it's better than therapy). I'm no longer obese, no longer pre-diabetic, am completely anti-depressant free and thriving... I can't wait to see where I am in another year! I highly recommend FLxR to anyone looking to become a better, healthier version of you. Whether you're just starting down that road and looking for a judgment-free zone to start in, or you're already bad-ass and looking to improve your next open scores to the top 1%... or anywhere in between, I think there is no better place to do it. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~~~~~~~~~ My original Review, from 2017: I drank the kool aid. I joined the cult. I fell in love with cross fit. Today is the last day of my one-month groupon and I am signing on to be a regular member. The first week was scary and intimidating. I came in overweight, NOT in shape, and terrified of all the scary looking equipment and giant weights. But the awesome coaches and friendly classmates helped me through it. No one ever made me feel silly for having to use the training bar with no weights on it while the gal next to me is lifting a bar bigger than she is. And i didn't receive an ounce less of encouragement. Every workout i survived felt like an accomplishment, boosting my self-esteem and desire to come back. The second week was hard and reluctant. I was tired and sore. There were days I took the 'just get yourself here' very literally and told myself I'd just show up and half-ass it - but of course the motivation in the air is so infectious, it's impossible to not give it your all once you're there. By the third week, it had become a staple in my day. There are days when I'm excited and can't wait for the class, and there are other days I come in tired/stressed/sore/depressed/hungover dragging myself in and whining through the warmup, but every time I leave at the end of the class i feel like a rockstar and have no pain, am full of energy, and with a big smile on my face. And the times when a trainer notices my progress and comments on it, it sends my mood soaring even higher. In the month I've been coming (5 days a week), I've lost 13lbs and one pants size. my body feels firmer. i can see muscle definition peeking out from under the receding fat. but forget all of that (yeah that's the reason i initially signed up, but now it's only a happy side effect) now i'm more excited that I'm finally off the training bar and onto the big girl bar and adding weights to it. That i'm able to finish the workouts. That i'm already down-scaling considerably less than I was a month ago. These accomplishments make me feel better about myself. I feel stronger and more powerful... I feel confident and motivated. I feel happier and healthier. I feel good. All of these factors together have contributed to me making more progress than I'd imagined was possible in only one month.
