The only thing to be aware of is that there are seriously good burritos being cooked a few doors down, so if you work out before breakfast like I do, be advised that the parking lot tends to smell absolutely delicious. Some days it's just you and the coach, and other days it's 4 people and the coach. Regardless, each person has their own plan, and they work with you wherever you are at in your fitness journey. I've trained alongside people of all ages and physical abilities. So you don't have to worry about your fitness level. I also appreciate how they mix things up. The trainers are incredibly friendly and helpful, and help with form or any necessary modifications. I'd say about 10-20 people go per session and it's broken up into sections so at most you'd be with about 4-5 people in each circuit. I was intimidated at first but everyone is supportive and just on their own fitness journey. There are days that focus on lower body, upper body, or full body, with some cardio as well depending on if it is a "circuit" vs a "strong" class. There are many available times to go whether it is in the morning or evening. What's also a bonus is parking is not an issue since it is in a plaza. Highly recommend!

First time going to an F45 studio and it didn't disappoint…read more Coach Kayleigh and Coach Jacob did a great job introducing me to how the classes are set up: * Mondays and Wednesdays are cardio / plyometrics days. * Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays focus on strength building. * Fridays and Saturday are hybrids that focus on full-body workouts. For my first day I tried cardio / plyometrics. It was a fantastic workout. Each station has a designated number and you're placed in groups of 2-3 people with the option of choosing from two different workouts at each section. Kayleigh made sure I was paired with a seasoned F45 member, since it was my first time. Every group is assigned a number and rotate to the next workout section. The coaches assist as needed and there are tv displays that demo how to do each workout, when to begin the sets, pause, and move to the next station. Kayleigh and Jacob did a 5 star job. I appreciate how clean and organize they kept the gym. Their process is great and it worked for me. If they weren't assisting, they were organizing the equipment or cleaning. They stayed engaged with the group - all this at 5:30 AM and there was a lot of us. Thank you for the great experience!! Seriously, every Orange Theory I've gone to has the best trainers and team. They are so great at recruiting the best people who are welcoming, warm, encouraging, and caring. The workout classes are well structured, the facilities and equipment are clean, the energy is immaculate, everything about Orange Theory impresses me. The music always pumps me up too and makes me feel super alive! Haha. I decided recently to come back to Orange Theory and honestly, it has truly made me a happier person.
