Sweat Circuit is the best of the best! While I've worked out and eaten healthy for a long time, this workout has truly been a game changer for my body. Things I love: 1. Each day of the week targets a different area of the body so you really get to fatigue the muscles - I find I'm sore after every class. 2. You have a specifically targeted program for 4 weeks which allows you to monitor your progress week to week. After 4 weeks they change the program, so you're never plateauing and challenging your body in different ways. 3. The instructors are incredible and really welcoming! They do a great job of making sure your form is correct and offer modifications for every level - both easier and more challenging. Feels like you are getting a personal training session in a group setting 4. The community is so motivating and welcomes you with open arms. I see people of all ages that are super fit - shows you it's really working! Also, working out in pods provides a really unique opportunity to get to know others, and to push and encourage each other. If you're a person that prefers to be more to yourself, that's totally fine too! I feel like people meet you where you are in a judgement free zone. 5. Classes are really challenging, fun, great music, and go by fast. I've seen a huge difference in my strength, how toned I am, and how much more energy I have in just 25 classes. Words cannot describe how much I love this place. We've been coming for 8 months and the progress I've made is astounding. The workouts are incredible. Owners Jamie and Damien are the kind of people who inspire and make every workout an absolute joy, even though you're pouring sweat by the end. A friend of mine asked me to join her for a workout at Sweat Circuit a few weeks ago. I had no idea what to expect but I loved every minute of it. The workout incorporated cardio, endurance, balance, toning, and of course LOTS of sweating! This gym is also SO clean! It didn't smell funny and clean towels were provided for all guests. I had Ashley as my instructor and she did an amazing job at keeping us all pumped up, she played music that keeps you going, and she walked around to each station to make sure we were all using the equipment properly. She also made sure that our posture was correct. I can't tell you how many times I've tried other workouts, such as CrossFit, and ended up getting hurt because the workout was WAY too fast and the instructor only helped the guys out (annoying). You will not be disappointed trying out Sweat Circuit! Plus, your first time is free! Sweat Circuit has become my go-to workout ever since.
