I've been a passport visitor at this location several times and the staff has always been really great and friendly! The facilities are okay, but could use some updating as the equipment is quite old and the variety of heavier weight options is lacking. It's frustrating to want to lift heavier but heavier weights are non existent. My biggest disappointment is with the passport system. Apparently this location only allows 2 passport visitors per class. Even if the class isn't full, this location won't allow more than two passport visitors at a time. They're more than happy to let you in the class by charging you an extra fee of $18 however. Sounds like a money grab to me! So disappointed to see a half full class with passport visitors being sent away just because they weren't allowed to come in without paying an extra fee! I've been to several other F45 locations throughout the US and other countries, and never experienced this with the passport visits. This location can definitely do better! read more

F45 is a high- intensity interval training, there are elements of cardio and strength training. Each day of the week the classes are a little different, depending on the day you can get more cardio or more core elements. You spend around 40 seconds per exercise and then you move on to the next one. They use row machines, lots of different free weights and other work out equipment. The music is loud, instructors are energetic and positive. This studio has its own parking garage, the inside the room is large and spacious. I definitely recommend to give F45 training a try and see if this is the right workout for you read more

I am not a self-motivator when it comes to exercise, so I love being able to show up, be led through a GREAT workout in just 45 minutes, but it's also fun at the same time. You'll get the best workout every single day and build strength so quick. It alternates between resistance & cardio days and every day you go, you follow a completely new workout, so you never get sick of it! On top of that, the coaches are AWESOME, so passionate about what they do, always full of energy, and great at keeping you accountable. Also, the very first week that I started coming to classes here, I noticed that the community was so much stronger than any studio or gym I had gone to in the past - I always feel so welcome! The studio is brand new & sparkly clean every day. I love that there's so much variety in the equipment - kettle bells, dumbbells, barbells, rowers, bikes, jump ropes & more! Love, love, love. It took me a year to join when I first heard about F45. I was in good shape but everyone pouring out of F45 looked ripped and I thought I would not be fit enough. I finally took my first class a year and a half ago, went 7 days straight and have been coming ever since. Age and weight do not matter there are 18-80 members in all shapes and sizes. No matter what your fitness level, this is a welcoming encouraging community. You really feel a part of something and you get ripped. Work life balance is tough these days but 45 minutes of intense workout and you are done. Easy to keep up and you work at your own level which you will find begins to level up. They do need a few more weekend classes though, especially Sunday. Trainers are all really genuinely nice people. Make today better than yesterday. Highly recommend. read more

BEST gym I've ever joined!! I've 'gym hopped' for years and never came across a gym like this. All the workouts are set and prepped. You simply show up, workout for 45 minutes and you're done. I admit I was a little intimidated at first as I have not experienced a gym like this but the staff are very encouraging and motivating. All the coaches are awesome and supportive! They are quick to modify any workouts if needed and great at correcting my form. You basically have a trainer in a group setting. Another plus, is they are VERY clean and sanitize everything after each class which is comforting especially during these unprecedented times. I 1000% recommend this gym! read more

Best workout ever in 45 minutes!! The instructors are incredible! Caring, encouraging, and motivating!! Everyone is very friendly and positive and I look forward to going every day. A couple months ago, I let the instructors know that I had a back injury and they checked in on me during each exercise to give me modifications and make sure I was okay.
