Nakoa has been great. Before joining, I had primarily trained alone. Mainly running and cycling,…read morewith some at-home workouts as well. However, I was looking to incorporate more strength training. I also missed having a coach like I did back when I played competitive sports. I ended up getting recommended to Nakoa by a friend, and decided to try it out after checking out their reviews. My experience there has been great. You get the benefits of 1/1 coaching and a tailored training plan, but at an affordable price. They do semi-private group training. Some days it's just you and the coach, and other days it's 4 people and the coach. Regardless, each person has their own plan, and they work with you wherever you are at in your fitness journey. I've trained alongside people of all ages and physical abilities. So you don't have to worry about your fitness level. I also appreciate how they mix things up. They keep the programs fresh and make an effort to incorporate new techniques. The trainers are super friendly, and you can tell they care about their craft and clients. Very positive vibes all around. You won't regret joining.

After touring a few athletic centric physical therapy facilities, I knew Nakoa was the right place. Dr. Matt Sperle is my son's P.T and we all adore him. He is extremely competent, compassionate, and care's about his patient's progress and well being. He produces results. My son is now stronger than he was before the injury! We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Dr. Matt and Nakoa!

It was a great change for me considering coming back from a injury (looking for a place with low impact on the knees). After contacting them on their instagram page, I went to the gym to check it out before the scheduled time of my one day pass. Cassie (the owner) is very friendly and gave a brief run down of the class and want to expect. I had my struggles coming back from injury and three months of inactivity, but the coaches and community were such a great source of encouragement and motivation. Coaches are always there to help motivate you, and the community is very much down to earth and more of a family and not uptight or clickish in comparison to other places I've been to. That's obvious when there's a newcomer checking the place out and they get introduced to current members as someone just there for a trial, or looking for a partner. If you're looking for a new place to work out or looking for a new community (maybe to those new in the area) I'd certainly recommend coming and giving P360 San Marcos a try. Coaches are wonderful, community is great, and the workouts are a lot of work, but our community makes it fun. Great job to the staff.

They're challenging but structured in a way that keeps you motivated. Since I started, I've gotten noticeably stronger and I'm lifting more weight than I ever thought I could. That progress feels really good. The coaches are excellent. They pay attention to form, push you when you need it, and make sure you're training safely. The programming is well thought out and keeps things interesting, so it never feels repetitive. The community is also very supportive. Everyone encourages each other, which makes it easier to stay consistent. The facility is clean, organized, and has everything you need for strength and conditioning training. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to get stronger and stay accountable. It's been totally worth it for me.
