Absolutely love this place. The machines are always clean and instructors are very helpful and clear with instruction. Love the different kinds of classes for different vibes and goals. My fav is the Pilates and barre!

Great class- the teacher was very helpful. Studio was clean. New member offer was a good deal. I just have to remember to bring grip socks next time.

This was my first experience doing Pilates and I did be a line class with Julia and it was amazing. I've always hated working out, especially doing cardio in this changed the game for me. Shout out to India for being so welcoming at the front desk!

Still a member and have taken 200+ classes! I usually go to the ones in Encinitas and Del Mar. If you're a beginner, I highly suggest you don't go to advanced classes because it can get really hard. Wes and Natasha are great if you're fairly new: clear instructions and great attention to your performance. If you want a really good challenge, take the Tone or Empower+ class from Mary; these classes are not for the weak and will make you sweat hard.

I have been going to Pilates Republic for 2 years now and it's my absolute favorite workout. The instructors are amazing and the vibes are unmatched. I love Sage and Julia's classes so much! You guys should definitely try it out!

I booked the Tone/ Reformer + Barre through Class Pass. I arrived early before class and the instructor Donna was very helpful. She set me up on the reformer and showed me around the studio. This studio is located behind Encinitas Bier Garden and Vuori. Inside is very spacious and equipment is clean. Personal loops are required however you are able to borrow one at the studio. Music is fun and upbeat. Instructor was upbeat and fun! She demonstrated a few exercises and it helped having others to model after. Thank you! read more

Pilates has changed my way of life. I used to be a high-impact, crossfit training type of person but since starting pilates a little less than a year ago my whole body, mentality and lifestyle has been changed for the better. I focus more on the stressfree aspects of the mind and the body and recognize the significance of stretch and injury recovery. It's so important to listen to our bodies and some forms of high-impact exercise only address cardio or pushing yourself to the limit. With consistency and a balanced lifestyle, achieving a less stressful life with pilates as your tool can be possible. I feel the new Barre3 classes are an improvement to the previous Studio Barre classes for several reasons, even though, like many, I miss some of the old choreo. Barre3 workouts are kinesiology informed and remind me of a physical therapy session. The dynamic stretching and mini breathework at the end are great for my nervous system. This place is great for all ages of women that want a workout that will tone them all over and actually prevent rather than cause injuries. She showed me how to use the mega reformer and really helped make sure the class was in good form. The class went by faster than usual Pilates classes I've taken. Maybe it was because it was a Lagree class, but still don't know how different all the classes are. I'm looking forward to the next class to take here! Lots of parking in a shopping plaza near Pavilions.

Pilates Republic has genuinely become one of my favorite places. From the second you walk in, the energy is so welcoming and motivating without ever feeling intimidating. The studio is beautiful, clean, and such a positive environment to work out in. The instructors are AMAZING -- they push you in the best way while still making every class feel encouraging and fun. I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and honestly in a better mood than when I walked in. The workouts are challenging but so worth it, and I love that every class feels a little different so it never gets boring. Pilates Republic is a fantastic new Pilates studio right on the 101. Courtney's classes are creative, fun, and challenging. The key to Pilates classes is finding an instructor who knows anatomy and knows the correct way to perform each exercise without getting injured.
