There are multiple class options, however, my favorite is Barre because I feel like the workouts hit every part of my body. I feel so much stronger, and confident about my body than I have in a long time, especially as a woman in my 50s. I love the loud music and the overall vibe--it makes it fun (I often just want to dance lol) and keeps me motivated. Each instructor brings her own vibe and energy, which makes every class different so it is NEVER boring. And you are so busy trying to keep up with the moves (because you are not in any one position for very long) that the class zooms by and you are already finished with an amazing work-out! Boom! Everyone there is there to get their work-out ON and to have a little fun along the way! I feel stronger, fitter, and more confident than I have in a long time. I HIGHLY recommend Therapy Social Fitness! You'll feel SO Good!!!

Charged my friend for the most expensive membership and didn't tell her. Then after a few months I come back & I signed up for a month membership ( so I thought) but was later informed I signed up for a 3 month student membership. No one told me this, I didn't sign anything, and they told me it was on the contract. After going back & forth they told me they'd cancel my membership without the extra $50 fee. THE NEXT month I was charged $139 again. I called back, was told it was taken care of again and wouldn't be charged. Here I am AGAIN the following month with yet the same $139 charge. DELETE MY account , stop charging me. I had to contact my bank since they don't pick up the phone. Literally blocked them from charging me!! How hard is it to just stop charging an account??? I'm beyond frustrated and I don't usually leave reviews like this. But they have been weird with charges to me and my friends. Watch your bank account.

This one is by far the best. It's well maintained and VERY clean; both out on the floor and in the locker room. The inflated price seems to create extremely entitled, mostly older gym-goers, that hoard 4-5 sets of freeweights at a time, and then hold loud 45-minute work calls while monopolizing a cable tower and glaring at anyone who comes close. If you want your routine to take 2 hours to do half as much actual lifting, spend 20 minutes trying to park, and still cost literally 10x as other gyms, then go for it. And hey, at least the locker rooms are clean. Just never try to cancel. They will call, text, email, and otherwise harass you to re-join every 2-3 months for the rest of your life. And no, they do not listen to requests to stop.
