Joining this community completely changed the way I see fitness. Being surrounded by such strong, inspiring women motivated me to show up, wake up early, and actually feel excited to try. One of my favorite things is the variety of classes. There really is something for everyone, from Latin Sculpt to Barre to Bounce to Mat Pilates and Yoga Strong. Every day I can switch it up depending on how I'm feeling, and that honestly makes me even more excited to go. I've now completed almost 400 classes, and I'm so proud of how far I've come. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, and I've also met some truly amazing people along the way. What I love most is that this became more than just a workout class, it became a moment in my day where I could take care of myself and genuinely feel happy while moving my body. I'm moving away this summer, and leaving is bittersweet because this place has meant so much to me. I can honestly say it's so much more than a fitness center, it's a real community. If you're in the area and thinking about trying it, I really recommend giving it a shot. Even if you're someone like me who never thought they'd enjoy working out, you might be surprised by how much you end up looking forward to it.

Then after a few months I come back & I signed up for a month membership ( so I thought) but was later informed I signed up for a 3 month student membership. No one told me this, I didn't sign anything, and they told me it was on the contract. After going back & forth they told me they'd cancel my membership without the extra $50 fee. THE NEXT month I was charged $139 again. I called back, was told it was taken care of again and wouldn't be charged. Here I am AGAIN the following month with yet the same $139 charge. DELETE MY account , stop charging me. I had to contact my bank since they don't pick up the phone. Literally blocked them from charging me!! How hard is it to just stop charging an account??? I'm beyond frustrated and I don't usually leave reviews like this. But they have been weird with charges to me and my friends. Watch your bank account.

The workouts are definitely challenging, but in the best way--they leave you feeling stronger and accomplished every time. This one is by far the best. It's well maintained and VERY clean; both out on the floor and in the locker room. The other members are well educated, friendly, and courteous when lifting weights/doing cardio's. Rarely do you hear grunts, groans and dropping weights. The front counter staff are friendly; both coming and going. The trainers are professional and know what they're doing. I like this facility. How often do I go; 7/7 (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)

That being said, they do have a lot of niceties and conveniences that make it a pleasant experience. Mobile phone chargers you can check out for free, eucalyptus towels for the sauna, the lobby area for working after a session, etc. I'm leaving it at 3 stars because the cost is just outrageous. The bill went up to $260, which is way too much for a gym membership.
