I feel the new Barre3 classes are an improvement to the previous Studio Barre classes for several reasons, even though, like many, I miss some of the old choreo. Barre3 workouts are kinesiology informed and remind me of a physical therapy session. The dynamic stretching and mini breathework at the end are great for my nervous system. This place is great for all ages of women that want a workout that will tone them all over and actually prevent rather than cause injuries.
