So, for post workout recovery? Ehhh... you'll have to settle for compression boots and massage chairs, which is still nice but basically, the spa equivalent of a firm handshake instead of a warm hug. Still a nice gym though. Staff is helpful and friendly, parking is plenty.

I love the class format--it's easy to follow and so far the coaches I've had have been awesome and really push you! As a runner, I've been trying to find some good cross training options that are fun and get my heart rate up. This checks all the boxes. Plus the strength training is thoughtful and I don't feel like you're rushing around the room trying to figure out what to do. 10/10 recommend. Also the facility is super clean and they have showers so you can change and go to work after.
