She always demonstrates the exercises and teaches modifications, which is so helpful, especially if you're newer to this style of workout or need an adjustment. Her classes are upbeat, motivating, and always a great workout. I'm pretty much guaranteed to be sore the next day, which tells me I'm getting stronger! I also love the studio itself. It's beautiful, has such a clean aesthetic, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. I especially love that the workouts feel more like strength training than traditional Pilates--it's exactly what I was looking for. As someone who still modifies some exercises, I've never felt judged or out of place. Mia creates such a supportive environment, and I've always felt comfortable working at my own pace while still being challenged. I'll be trying other instructors soon, but Mia's Sunday morning class will definitely be my weekly go-to. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, challenging workout in a gorgeous studio!

I somehow got lucky and was the only one who booked during my session so I essentially got a 1-1 without paying for the fee. Summer is so sweet and i love her energy. She's really good at helping correct your form so you don't get hurt. The only complaint I have is that the machines can be a little squeaky but that's a minor thing. I highly recommend this studio with Summer. And it's one of the only three Pilates studios that I frequent often.

Yet, I didn't get a chance to ask my question and the instructor turned me away and told me no thanks. I replied I didn't even ask my question, she was like. I know, I am not interested. She was a burnet female instructor. I felt disrespected and was not given a chance to speak. Very rude. I'll go elsewhere to find some instruction on technique and form for my video. God people no and days are so rude. She needs some customer service training or could have referred me somewhere else.

It was awesome to check out Honor, definitely enjoyed their classes and such a great workout! Upon entering the studio is spacious, modern, and clean. I love the aesthetics here! I spoke with another student who was super friendly and motivating on her way out with her third time coming! She talked highly about Honor and seemed energetic and kind on her way out when I was entering in for my first class here. The person covering the desk was nice and both instructors I have taken were awesome. They have great music and help with form, I definitely felt the push and burn from doing Honor Pilates. Their machines are newer and easy to use if you are familiar with the older traditional reformers. Parking was easy when I came here, but it was mid morning during the weekday which makes it less busy.

I've been taking the Form class on Sundays with Monica, and it's been such a great entry point into Reformer Pilates. Monica has a calming presence, is incredibly welcoming, and does a great job teaching at a beginner pace without making it feel slow or watered down. She's also been really helpful in accommodating an injury I'm working through, which makes a big difference. The studio is tucked upstairs in a quiet place in an otherwise busy building, which adds to the calm, personal vibe. It's always clean and peaceful, and I genuinely love Monica's playlists -- they're relaxing, not overpowering, and really support the mood of the class.
