I'm a personal trainer, so I'm very particular about movement quality and coaching, and I've been really impressed with the instructors. I was left a bit confused because most locations are led by experienced instructors. Maybe our instructor was new, and since it was my first time here, I'm open to giving it another shot with a different instructor. She wasn't great at leading the class. It was hard to hear her, and she sounded very muffled. For most of the class, no one seemed to know what her instructions were, and it was pretty apparent. I'll come back and see how it goes again.

It's a high-intensity HIIT Pilates Class, that will get your blood and your heart pumping to health and wellness! The room is lit blue and kept dim, it's heated initially at around 87, but spikes up to 98 degree with infrared heating technology, programmed to enhance your workout. They offer free yoga mats and towels to use during class. Parking can be complicated here since it's a busy area. I recommend padding extra time to find a spot.

Charged my friend for the most expensive membership and didn't tell her. Then after a few months I come back & I signed up for a month membership ( so I thought) but was later informed I signed up for a 3 month student membership. No one told me this, I didn't sign anything, and they told me it was on the contract. After going back & forth they told me they'd cancel my membership without the extra $50 fee. THE NEXT month I was charged $139 again. I called back, was told it was taken care of again and wouldn't be charged. Here I am AGAIN the following month with yet the same $139 charge. DELETE MY account , stop charging me. I had to contact my bank since they don't pick up the phone. Literally blocked them from charging me!! How hard is it to just stop charging an account??? I'm beyond frustrated and I don't usually leave reviews like this. But they have been weird with charges to me and my friends. Watch your bank account.
