I can't stop raving about this place! I started doing private sessions with Heather a few years ago, but I wish I would've started sooner. Heather truly knows her stuff. After injuring my back from overly aggressive workouts and poor form elsewhere, working with her felt more like physical therapy than Pilates in the best way. She helped realign my body, taught me how to properly engage my core, and made a huge difference in how I move. I had never tried Pilates, but I am so thrilled I signed up for 8 private pilates sessions with Marianne to get me started. It was a fantastic way to begin. I feel so much more comfortable taking group classes now than I think I would have had I not started with one-on-one sessions with Marianne. I truly appreciated the care and kindness Marianne put into my 8 sessions with her. She is very tuned in to her students, extremely observant, and highly articulate and knowledgeable. I'm pretty sure I have exhausted all of the superlatives! But seriously, Marianne is a treasure. I have begun taking group classes, and I'm thoroughly enjoying them. The reformer classes are small (max 6 students) so the talented instructors are able to tailor the sessions to the students' needs and give a lot of individual attention. Spring Theory Pilates is an absolutely stunning studio where it is clear that every detail is purposefully designed rather than mass produced. The classes are highly customized, with instructors who see your body and adjust to you as class progresses. Every teacher that I have worked with is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your progress. I love that the owner is hands on and present, setting a thoughtful, high standard that shows in every detail. The studio itself is beautiful, calm, and impeccably maintained. I went to Pilates on Cue for several months as my old pilates instructor from Bella Forma (Angelique) moved here right before they closed their doors - so of course, I followed her here. The studio is very clean, inviting and very relaxing. The wall colors and decor make it look homey rather than a pilates studio....the cadillac and the reformers almost look like pieces of furniture. = ) You can expect to find all the usual equipment at Pilates on Cue. There is also a back room with an extra reformer for 1:1 classes if there is a group session going on. I personally go for the 1:1 classes because I have specific needs and Angelique is able to tailor each session to me. Angelique has since opened her own studio but I'm glad I was introduced to Pilates on Cue as it was a very professional, nice, boutique pilates studio. read more

Pilates on Cue is a wonderful place! I was a bit intimidated at first but Nicole gave us so much instruction I can't wait to go back! The reformer is amazing and the next day my core had a workout! It is like having a personal trainer. The studio is clean and beautiful and extremely friendly. No matter what physical shape you are in...I'm sure you can do this! I consider myself very fortunate to have found Pilates On Cue and notably, instructor Susan Schwartz. I started here 7 months ago and was a novice to Pilates and in rough shape due to a few years of poor health. Fast forward 7 months - Susan slowly and expertly helped me back into condition. Everyone says that pilates changes your body and it certainly does - there are new curves, lost weight and strength gained. Now it is about challenging myself and she is good at that. I followed my Pilates instructor, Susan Schwartz, to this studio. I sought Susan out while recovering from spine surgery when my surgeon indicated that Pilates (vs. my beloved yoga) was what I needed to limit my movement-activities to for at least the next six months. Having gone thru 18 months of pain, physical therapy and then ultimately surgery and recovery + more physical therapy, I was very protective of my body and who I would allow to instruct/work with me in gaining back movement and strength. On this basis, in my first phone interview with Susan, I grilled her on her qualifications. She confidently provided her background: Susan is BASI certified (if you are researching instructors, you can confirm this certification and the related overview of course work on BASI website), and in addition to continuing her training every week, she is an avid learner attending workshops and further developing her skills and insights into the body and the way it should move in order to be pain-free, healthy and strong. Having worked one-on-one in private sessions (as well as in small class sessions) with Susan for nearly a year now, I highly recommend her to anyone interested in movement, increasing core strength and development of a Pilates practice. She demonstrates care for your well-being by focusing on any particular issue you may be having (including as those issues may change) and provides you with ways to strengthen and stabilize various muscle groups (largely focused on the core) in order to resolve your particular issue(s). One of the things I appreciate most too is that Susan is always willing to share tips and "homework", allowing you to take your practice beyond just your work in the studio with her. In looking for an experienced, qualified Pilates trainer, Susan has met and exceeded my expectations -- taking my Pilates experience from something I had to get thru in order to get back to yoga to an appreciation and on-going Pilates practice that I will continue. (Plus, the flat tummy benefits from a stronger core are an added bonus that you just won't get anywhere else!) read more

This is such a great studio I absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to practice Pilates. The trainers here are great, they have a genuine interest in providing you the best workout, they welcome all levels in a non intimidating environment, perfect place for beginners as the the trainers here have the patience to teach. They explain the moves in a way that ensures you benefit from each move. They offer great cardio & advanced Pilates classes for those looking to burn calories and sweat! The owner Nicole is well versed in many areas of fitness and really cares about the health and Well being of all clients; she always ask how you are feeling and really listens to feedback to make sure she is providing the best for clients. I love coming here and I can tell the other clients do as well. For semi private training with the best trainers I have to say the price of classes are more than reasonable. The booking system they use is great and is very accommodating to this busy mother of two. Can't say enough great things about this studio so if you are looking for a great positive environment to get in shape look no further cause this is the place. read more

This is the best Pilates studio. Owner Nicole is so competent and caring, and her studio is absolutely lovely. Just stepping inside makes me feel better. She is such a good instructor, meeting the needs of newbies and diehard Pilates clients alike.
