To be clear, I do not and have not attended this location of CycleBar. However, I cannot get them to stop spamming me with emails. Despite requesting that they stop sending me emails, I continue to get emails that say "I got your request to stop, so I will not message again..." followed by details on how to schedule my first class or requesting a convenient time for them to call me. This has been occurring daily. Not a good business practice to attract new customers. read more

My wife, daughter, and I went to our first class today--and it was an absolute blast! The staff greeted us so warmly and even had our names beautifully written on three lockers for our tour. Shoe rentals were complimentary, towels were waiting on each bike, the bikes felt brand new, and they even offered chilled towels afterward. Pam was an amazing instructor and made the class so much fun. Can't say enough about her. The music was incredible, and I loved getting an email afterward showing details of my ride so I can try to push myself even harder next time. The whole facility is spotless and has such a great vibe. Highly recommend! read more

I just moved to North County and I've been on the hunt for a more local cycle class. I loved my 45 min ride with Kylie. Everyone was so nice. My first class I was welcomed with a personalized locker. Getting shoes in my size was easy, they were super clean and comfy! The class was fun and energetic. Kylie did a great job checking in with me and making sure I was fully set up for my first class. UPDATE: 2 years later and I STILL stand by everything I said. You'd have to k*ll me before I cancel my membership with cyclebar!!! I broke my ankle in the winter and couldnt cycle for 2 months.... A year and a half and 200+ rides later, getting a membership to CBSEH is still the best decision I've made. My mental and physical health has never been better and I attribute a lot of that to this studio. Classes are fun and challenging. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The instructors have their own unique style of teaching and encourage you to do your best. I'm convinced there's a class and instructor for everyone. The studio itself is nice and clean. Bikes can cleaned between each class. They provide lockers, filtered water, and have showers if you need them. Best of all, CBSEH has a strong sense of community that you can't find in other studios. Jana and the whole staff are so welcoming and really supportive. They always celebrate milestones: big and small. They always have different theme rides and events. It's hard not make friends here. As I approach 100 rides with this studio, its overdue that I share a stellar review for a community that has been instrumental in my mental and physical health journey. The studio itself offers great variety in class times, formats and instructors and keeps the offer fresh and changing with themed rides and special events. Jana and her team are fun, encouraging and unlock the best in you on the bike and I can't speak highly enough on how they manage to deliver a personalized feel for everyone here. Whilst I have benefitted physically from the high energy blasts of 45mins cardio with them, it's the mental health benefits that I am truly grateful for. Meditative moments on the bike, inspiring reflections from the instructors and a big dose of confidence boosts are what have helped me grow stronger during more challenging periods of this past year. I've had a repeating narrative in my head that "I'm not a group class girlie" for reasons I cannot explain, and have always taken pride in being a "rugged, no-BS weight lifter". But let me say, nothing kicks my butt more than a 45 minute spin class at 5:30am. I'm usually a bit groggy and unmotivated when I walk into the studio but within minutes of class, I'm awake and grateful for the early wake up. I am still stunned by how much I sweat in one of these classes, and have so much respect for these instructors that sit at the front of the class making it look easy. Spin has become my new found obsession, and until I get sick of good music and immaculate vibes, I'll be spending my Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings here. read more

love love love this clean, spacious, deluxe , 1st class all-the-way studio! A must if you like spin especially with its themed rides so you never get bored! I was able to do 6:45 pm cycle class with Jana cycled to Bad bunny music to celebrate cinco de mayo. feels like you're at a dance club low lights, high energy and fun! AND even got to shower before heading home without having to bring my own towel, shampoo, face wash, body wash, etc. each bike has a towel and you can borrow cycle shoes if needed. it's awesome! Last fri I tried my 1st class with Jeannine a 30min cycle 30min bar. Again, great high energy class and fun music. Love cardio combined with resistance training. Jeannine was awesome, helped me set up bike and kept class momentum going. Can't say enough! Such a great find! Accommodations make you feel like you're at a spa! I've been to CycleBar studios all over California and this one in San Elijo is my FAVORITE. Why? It's because of the new energy that the new management brings to this studio thanks to Jana Rubenstein brings every single day. Her crew is helpful and available. They are all nice at this studio. I started coming here earlier this year and I love it! I like the early classes with Jeannine and Taylor but like to grab a class with Jana or Lindsay when I have a chance. Each instructor is very different and I like that they choose their own moves and music. Some of the instructors have a motivating dialogue and some don't, so it's always a nice mix. Don't know what gave me the urge to randomly try cycling, but I'm glad I did! It doesn't matter what your fitness level is, the class will always be as hard as you make it out to be. The owner has been more than gracious, the instructors top-notch, and other members more than friendly. The environment is very welcoming, clean, and quite motivating once the doors close behind you. I like that they provide lockers for our personal belongings, have clean bikes and towels for every class, and filtered water for our consumption... they even have showers if you need them. Easily the most outstanding fitness experience I have ever had. I would consider myself a fitness enthusiast. Ive been a member of many gyms; Orange Theory, F45, and others. But this Cyclebar location is the most superior in all facets. The classes are always fun and challenging. The instructors are friendly, the front desk girl is always friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is superb and the general atmosphere and vibe is warm and jovial. I am going to continue taking the classes at least once a week. I wish they would play some hip hop instead of the ecstasy heart pounding music. From the first class I tried, I was so suprised with how kind and welcoming the staff was. The instructors are the reason I come back 5-6 times a week. The energy and just absolute joy the instructors radiate is so inspiring. I have never had so much fun working out. Since joining about a month ago I cannot stop recommending this place to anyone who listens. Internally and externally these classes have continued to help me level up and become more of the woman I want to be. For 45 minutes each day I can just truly focus on myself and all my stress melts away. If you're on the fence, just try one free class. I was super scared at first to try a month ago being as it was my first time cycling, but I am eternally grateful I took the chance and put myself out of my comfort zone and tried something new.
