After contacting them on their instagram page, I went to the gym to check it out before the scheduled time of my one day pass. Cassie (the owner) is very friendly and gave a brief run down of the class and want to expect. I had my struggles coming back from injury and three months of inactivity, but the coaches and community were such a great source of encouragement and motivation. Coaches are always there to help motivate you, and the community is very much down to earth and more of a family and not uptight or clickish in comparison to other places I've been to. That's obvious when there's a newcomer checking the place out and they get introduced to current members as someone just there for a trial, or looking for a partner. If you're looking for a new place to work out or looking for a new community (maybe to those new in the area) I'd certainly recommend coming and giving P360 San Marcos a try. The coaches have worked with me to tackle my weak points and grow stronger. The coaches work with everyone to make sure their safe and not going to get hurt. The classes are very challenging but addicting. I really enjoy my time there and feel that I'm getting into great shape. Fast forward half a year, and I'm now working out 5 days a week, feeling stronger, more mobile, and full of energy. My mobility and movement have drastically improved, and I've gained lean muscle while losing body fat, I'm fitting into clothes that hadn't fit in years and feeling more confident in my everyday life. I'm stronger both physically and mentally. My cardio endurance, flexibility, and overall strength have all improved dramatically. I actually look forward to every workout. Amy (the head coach) is such an amazing coach and person who genuinely cares about your well-being. She meets you exactly where you are and helps you progress safely and effectively. Every class feels like a personal training session. She's fully aware of my mobility limitations, makes smart modifications, and teaches techniques that build a strong, lasting foundation. Had my first experience here this morning. I heard about them through a FB post where they were…read moreoffering a Bootcamp class on Saturday morning. That automatically brought me home to jersey when I would take an 8am class every Saturday. I brought a friend with me and we enjoyed a one on one Bootcamp with Lanze. Super knowledge, he would explain the science of the exercises, kept us informed, and made sure our form was correct. Honestly I hadn't been in the gym a while (like a year and some change) and it was a great way to break me in! It reminded me of why I love being in the gym soo much. Great location!! The inside was super clean and Lanze let us know before we began anything the procedures they have in place to keep everything clean. He made sure that we didn't touch our face. I have a bad habit just bc I'm a eyeglass wearer and usually have to touch my nose. He caught me and said "do it again I'll chop your hand off" I appreciated that bc he held me accountable! Super clean inside and they routinely clean when people are in the vicinity. If you want a membership where you get great service, great workouts at a REASONABLE price I'd check it out. Sara and Vince also came in, which are the other two knowledgeable trainers who run the facility with Lanze. They offer Bootcamp classes that are included with your membership and have great hours so when you're in the mood to kill it in the gym they're open.
