Look at the size. Woah.

This was our first time at Carminuccio's Pizza. I'm originally from NYC where you can get some of the best tasting pizza around but I have to admit this pizza was absolutely amazing. Super friendly staff, very clean seating area and bathrooms. What's more besides tasting so good, they're gigantic!! Like having two slices in one. We also ordered chicken and beef wraps which also were delicious. Just a quick FYI; when ordering wraps be prepared to wait half hour. A bit of a bummer in my opinion. Oh there's plenty of parking. Thumbs up for that. NYC has some serious competition lol. Definitely recommend and yes we'll absolutely going back for more.

The Staff at Carminuccio's are very friendly and pizza isn't bad. I have been here a few times, the most recent being with a large group of people. The main issue I had was the seating. The setup is a bit odd. You order inside and then (usually) you go outside to eat. However if the weather is not good you have to eat inside. That is what we did. But there are only a few tables inside and it was sort of cramped. It was also kind of a bit to warm inside. It was not a comfortable experience. So dining here when it's cold out or rainy is a challenge. Because of the above mentioned reasons, I wouldn't really choose this as my first place to eat. However the staff couldn't be friendlier and it's great on a warm (but not humid) summer's day. There is plenty of room outside. At the end of the day I feel this place is better as a to go or dine outside place.

2 slices which are almost the size of a regular whole pizza! Wow!

Jesus Christ, look at these slices! I had no idea what to expect but man, was I pleasantly surprised! Pizza is great; tastes like your standard New York slice, but the size is what sets them apart! Highly recommend, thanks!

This was my first time here and I was very impressed with Carminuccio's. The food is great! Here the rundown: Ambiance and format: It's small, but there's outdoor seating in warmer weather. Inside, it's crowded and there are only about 8 tables, accommodating around 20 diners. Upon entering, you're very quickly greeted by one of a half dozen young girls who work the counter and the tables. You order from the counter. They bring your order to your table. Not sure when or where exactly you're supposed to pay -- we paid after we ate -- at the counter. It all seemed a little unorganized. But the real reason to go here is the Food: classic Italian pizzarria food -- to the highest standard. The pizza is crisp, semi-thin and cooked to perfection. The ingredients are fresh, rich and tasty. We had the eggplant pizza #18 on the menu. It included breaded fried eggplant, basil, roasted tomatoes. Incredible! The roasting of the tomatoes brings out the sweetness in the tomatoes. Truly delicious. And prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Carminuccio's.

Average pizza and way over priced. Chicken fingers are gross and had to be thrown out.

Delicious slice of pizza. I added roasted garlic cloves. Perfection! Worth a detour on your journey north.

A stone fireplace anchors the space while low, ambient lighting, wood tables, and leather seating create an intimate, inviting atmosphere. I was excited to learn that the bar featured Misguided Spirits' Howe & Hummel vodka from New York City. Stirred, it produced a martini with a subtle sweetness and a hint of cracked pepper, served in a classic cocktail glass with an angular bowl and slender stem. The design felt timeless, keeping the drink chilled while offering a crisp, polished presentation, with the Castelvetrano olives taking center stage. When it comes to the food, I have no notes. The wings were perfectly seasoned, with meat that fell off the bone; the Bibb salad was fresh and dressed beautifully with house lemon oil; and the thin, crispy pizza lived up to its name, with bright sauce and fresh toppings. This is a spot you won't want to leave and one you'll be eager to return to, familiar, fun, and full of character.

The dining room was empty as we came early, and it looked beautiful. The entire restaurant, to the eye, is absolutely a vibe. There was one server on shift at the time and she was very nice and welcoming. We had very high hopes for the meal to come. We were fairly disappointed. It was during a brunch service. Initially ordered the calamari as an appetizer. Yes, calamari as a brunch app is kind of strange however since it was available I ordered it. I typically order this wherever I go, because I execution-wise, it's not the easiest thing to prepare correctly. This app was tiny, as in the serving size. Additionally the calamari itself was super small as well. No nice meaty rings. No crispy tentacles. Just a greasy mess. The dish purports the dipping sauce to be that of a fra diavolo, it was not. It was more like a marinara with chunky bits of aromatics and perhaps a bit of crushed red pepper. It was also very pricey given everything. Even if it were perfect, still on the pricey side. At the same time my daughter ordered French toast. For $18. We are talking $6 a slice of brioche. Wild business, that. As mains, my wife ordered the avocado toast. Which she actually seemed to enjoy, although the bread was soggy, and the other items on the plate severely lacking. I ordered the "lobster" cake eggs Benedict. If this was lobster, then I'm the Mother Theresa. It was, by my palate overly processed canned crab meat. At best, overly processed lobster meat, but I highly doubt that given the taste, color, and texture. The CRAB cake itself was meh, the accompanying potato hash was okay, and the hollandaise sauce was passable if not good. We ordered drinks as well. My lemon drop martinis were pretty good. My wife was dissatisfied with her margarita, then ordered a dirty martini that was okay. We walked out with a tab of nearly $200. To say it was worth the money would be absurd. I hate to be so blatantly honest with this review, but this experience (food and drink-wise) was not one I would recommend.
