So here I am as a Passenger on a Test Drive. 2018 Audi for 18,000 but as you may know, each day is different cars different offers. Just for you shall be a lot longer as the day progresses will either be still on a lookout for a car or filling out the sales purchasing paperwork for this car ! There was multiple issues during the test drive. Not sure what I should post video wise.

What a great experience we had with Raymond!! We purchased a 2016 Nissan Frontier today and we are pleased with everything. No Haggle pricing, and a painless experience. In and out in about 90 minutes. They have plenty of inventory to help you make a decision. This is our second vehicle purchased from Car Max. This dealership was not around…read morewhen we bought our first Macan (shout out to Walter's/Riverside Porsche!) but since it is now the most local to us, we stopped by this dealership first when we decided to check out the Macan EV. The car buying experience was smooth with our salesperson, Larry. There was the usual haggling over prices, but no major issues. We walked away thrilled with the car, which drove like a dream. Interestingly, when that dream fell apart, that's when Porsche Irvine really shone bright. I firmly believe that a company's true nature shows itself when there are challenges. In our case, we ended up facing the most issues we've ever had with a car -- which seemed to be an isolated case for the model -- and Porsche Irvine provided the best customer care we've ever experienced through this whole time. From the knowledgeable and patient service advisors (Thomas, Jay, and Dean) to the incredible customer experience manager (Jeff) to the friendly and honest sales team (David and Roy), every last one has been attentive, efficient, understanding, and kind. They've kept us constantly informed of repair progress and have given us earnest guidance on next steps. Most people would have walked away from Porsche after experiencing the issues we had with our car. Instead, the team at Porsche Irvine have earned our loyalty for life and have given us the confidence we need to give the Macan EV another try in the new model year. We're not high rollers and I'm a woman - automatically making me especially prime material for being ignored, gaslit, or "little-womaned" in a place like this. But the team are so welcoming and inclusive and treat everyone who walks in their doors with the utmost respect. If you're considering buying a Porsche, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Porsche Irvine!

(We had previously returned another FJ Cruiser to another dealership because after a professional inspection, the vehicle's whole frame was rusted out - and painted over - but that is another story.) We test drove the FJ we bought from Prius Planet three times - over a period of a few weeks - before we were finally ready to purchase. During that time, John had added a roof rack and other accessories - but still honored the original price. And was forever patient and kind with us! Attentive, informative, but not hard selling anything. He had all the vehicle history, even though it was coming from out of state, and we appreciated the careful vetting that had been done here on a vehicle type that some other dealers did not do A year and a half later, we still love our FJ. It was perfect and pristine and still runs wonderful. (Folks are trying to buy it now for more that we paid for it then. But, we are not selling.) I had some pretty stressful transmission issues with my car recently, and honestly I was bracing…read moremyself for a long, frustrating experience. But Darrell Brannon completely turned that around. From the moment I brought the car in, he took care of everything immediately. He was super nice, easy to talk to, and very communicative the entire time. He responded quickly and kept me updated with status reports so I never felt left in the dark. The car broke down when we were about to leave for a trip over the long weekend and he immediately set me up with a loaner car so we wouldn't have to change our plans. That alone saved us a huge headache. He patiently answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), and handled everything quickly and professionally. Honestly, he deserves a raise. Service like that makes a huge difference. I'd probably be looking into other car brands if he hadn't taken care of things so fast and efficiently. Really appreciate the level of care. Highly recommend working with Darrell if you can!

Then when I finally got in, they said I was 18 days past my 3 year mark (2023 GV80), and I will need to pay for service out of pocket. No real regard for their process being the reason and a challenge. I had even posted my earlier review before scheduling, showing my frustration. Appealed to Genesis as a goodwill coverage, but was denied. Norm Reeves did cover the oil change (to their credit), but not air filter and cabin air filter. I only have ~ 16,500 miles. Tried emailing oscar.aldana@normreeves.com as listed in reply to my earlier review, but that mail was returned undeliverable. Not sure what is going on there, but not good. I could buy both filters for ~$50, and replace myself within 30 mins or so, but the principle here is that no one mentioned when I called to schedule in September or January that service was about to expire, nor receive and email. Just convinced a close friend to buy a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid, which I now regret.
