    I was fortunate enough to stumble across a Chrysler 300c in an immaculate condition. Unlike other car dealerships John was reasonable with negotiating prices. The paperwork and transaction was smooth sailing without the typical sales pressure. Not only is John honest with providing the car fax history but also reimbursed me for the dmv fee.

    Hi , i would like to Thank John at Dana corp / prius planet for been an amazing sales person, for having an excellent 5stars service & for been such a nice businessman. I purchased my Prius with solar panel edition from him , its a very hard to find car in Los Angeles county , only two Prius were available in L.A with solar package , both Had High mileage , High MSRP $ and not the color i wanted .. I found Dana Corp while searching for my prius , i saw they have great reviews and decided to visit their show room. Amazing place , very clean , friendly staff , friendly John , deal went great , very smooth , he explains things very well before you sing the contract Me and my family are very thankful for buying Our car from Prius planet. I highly recommend it , they have very good inventory different prius from different stiles , package & low mileage , save money $$$ + have a great experience buying your prius & enjoy the car :)))) its a life changer for sure

    All of the positive reviews you read are very accurate. John is going to be the best salesman you will ever encounter. He is very calm, poised, informative, and treats you like family. I am a first time dealership car buyer and researched every possible way a car salesman can rip me off. John did none of those sleazy tactics. He kept it 100% real and even explained to me how I did not benefit from GAP insurance and an extended service plan due to the year of my car and the manufacturer warranty that came with it. His application fee was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees whatsoever. As you have read in other reviews, his prices are haggle free/non negotiable (I still asked anyways) and priced competitively (you probably already know this if you've done your research). Before your test drive, he will give you a detailed explanation of the different driving modes and what each button is just in case you have never driven a Prius. He will insist for you to test drive the car without him and take your family instead. Even though I read that in other reviews, it really makes you feel like family instead of just another customer. The finance process was very easy and only took 45 minutes. I highly recommend everyone to fill out the finance form on his website. John will call you within 24 hours and explain to your every detail to the penny and APR % so there will be no surprises on the day you decide to purchase. I decided to finance through his third party and I got a better APR than Wells Fargo! This place is truly a gem and deserves to be recognized. One last thing which I thought was amazing, I called John on a Wednesday and asked him if it was possible to save me the Prius I wanted till that Saturday and I offered to place a cash deposit; I was expecting a no, but he gladly said he would hold it for me without a deposit. My mind was blown in the trust he had in me as a buyer. If you are looking for a car and Prius Planet has it, you need to check it out and test drive it at least. I can assure you, the experience will be worth it.

I was waiting to write this review after having my Love-Encore appointment today to see how the end-to-end experience was buying a car from here. The experienced stopped short before the Love-Encore appointment, so I can't give them a 5 star rating, simply because a program dedicated to Customer Experience, fell way short. Allow me to elaborate. 1 week after buying the car, I get a calendar invite from a random person named Dianna, to come in at 2 PM on a Tuesday afternoon for something(?). No introductory email or asking when a good time is. My first thought was this is a phishing attempt. Like many of us who need to work, I can't make that. So I emailed back after figuring out what it was actually for, and tell her I can't make, and requested a virtual appointment. She responded asking for a better time/date which I provided. I get another calendar invite from her, but with no meeting link. So I email her back requesting it, and I get a response, "It will be sent the day of.". Ok...thats odd..., but I'll go with it. As you probably already figured out by now, no meeting link was ever sent. No follow up email. It turns out she sent a meeting invite to my work number (?!?!). Not sure why it just wasn't sent on the same channel of communication that we were using...or even confirm the number, or confirm that I got it? Here is the timeline of events: - Waiting by my email for the link to be sent (10:45am). - My appointment was at 11 AM, I guess she forgot or missed my appointment. - Meeting invite sent at 11AM to my work's main line. - Followup email received at 11:26 AM, saying it was sent to my work line. Would I like to reschedule? (Even the email was formatted poorly, cut and pasted) - No other communication was sent. It baffles me how a program targeted at Customer Experience, can be so bad in and of itself. I'm not going to blame her, as it might be the training of the program given from the corporate level. I suggest sending Dianna to a class on communication and customer success. I hope this is read by them and that adjustments are made so that future customers don't experience the same frustration I did. For the record, I didn't get any introduction to the car, no features overview when I bought it. I believe that is what this was for.

I walked away with a great deal that would not have happened with such class at any other Dealership in my opinion from life experience! Other Dealerships should take note! Also James Simpson guy has a real attitude when confronted with the problems. After speaking with GM corporate with my grievances - Corporate suggested I go another authorized dealership, stop communications and not to let these guys touch the car again as who knows what they might do to avoid liability. I mean even when I brought the car in he had inappropriate comments and insinuations about the nature of my hybrid job. Derisive comments and jealousy stem from his every pore and his responses to my basic questions were met with hints of annoyance. I wanted to drop the car off and GTFO. I initially brushed it off as just another nosy person but he is a real nasty piece of work. I did not feel like I was treated as a person who spent serious $ on a GM car. I will not be coming back and will not engage with this dealership anymore as per Corporate recommendations due to James.

Volkswagen gave the highest offer, so I came here! Their actual offer was $3,000 less than the CarGuru offer lol. Long story short, I left and went to the second dealership, where I sold my car in under 20 minutes for only $600 less than their original CarGurus offer. The experience at Volkswagen definitely made me feel like I was being ripped off. Definitely save yourself some time and skip this place if you're looking to sell! The employees I interacted with were very friendly (wish I could give Faith 5 stars! She was super sweet!), but the offer itself from the acquisition manager was a joke. I was told that CarGurus tends to give higher offers than necessary, but that hasn't been my experience--I previously sold a car through CarGurus for nearly the exact quoted amount. The low offer seems to be an issue specific to this dealership, not CarGurus.

    I am writing to formally document an extremely distressing and unresolved issue regarding my 2022…read moreKia Sorento and the handling of proper documentation needed for my GAP insurance claim. I purchased my vehicle in March of 2022. On December 19, 2025 just one week before Christmas and while I was 24 weeks pregnant I was involved in a serious car accident. In the aftermath of that traumatic event, I initiated a GAP insurance claim with Advanced Protection Products International (APPI) on January 29, 2026. As part of the claims process, I was instructed to provide specific documentation from the dealership in order to proceed. Beginning in February 2026, I made repeated and consistent efforts to obtain the following required information from Kia of Irvine: * Theft Patrol ($1,495): confirmation of refund amount, or documentation stating it is non-refundable, including contract language * JM&A Maintenance ($1,999): confirmation of refund amount, or documentation stating it is non-refundable, including contract language Since that time, I have made approximately 21 phone calls to the dealership. These calls have gone unanswered or unreturned. Despite my persistence and the urgency of the situation, I have received no meaningful response or assistance. The GAP insurance company clearly communicated that all required documentation must be submitted within 90 days. That deadline has now passed without resolution due entirely to the dealership's failure to respond. I escalated the matter by contacting Kia USA, yet even they were unable to establish communication with the dealership, despite leaving messages on my behalf. Notably, while assistance with this issue has been nonexistent, I was still asked whether I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Compounding this situation, I have since relocated across the country, making an in-person visit impossible. I am also currently one week postpartum, navigating both physical recovery and the responsibilities of a newborn. This ongoing lack of support has added unnecessary stress to what has already been an incredibly painful and overwhelming chapter of my life. On one of my final attempts to resolve this matter, I did receive a return call presumably from a manager but was unable to answer due to being at work. I promptly returned the call to (949) 977-2330 four separate times and, once again, received no response. It is deeply disheartening and frankly unacceptable that my repeated attempts for assistance have been ignored. The pattern of communication suggests a disregard for customers once a sale has been completed, and a focus solely on new business rather than honoring existing obligations. I am asking firmly and urgently for the immediate release of the requested documentation so that I may finalize my GAP claim and begin to move forward. This situation has already taken an emotional toll, and I deserve the opportunity to close this chapter and focus on healing and my family. All supporting documentation, including call logs and receipts, is attached for your review.

Then when I finally got in, they said I was 18 days past my 3 year mark (2023 GV80), and I will need to pay for service out of pocket. No real regard for their process being the reason and a challenge. I had even posted my earlier review before scheduling, showing my frustration. Appealed to Genesis as a goodwill coverage, but was denied. Norm Reeves did cover the oil change (to their credit), but not air filter and cabin air filter. I only have ~ 16,500 miles. Tried emailing oscar.aldana@normreeves.com as listed in reply to my earlier review, but that mail was returned undeliverable. Not sure what is going on there, but not good. I could buy both filters for ~$50, and replace myself within 30 mins or so, but the principle here is that no one mentioned when I called to schedule in September or January that service was about to expire, nor receive and email. Just convinced a close friend to buy a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid, which I now regret.
