Terrible service from this company. Do not return phone calls - do not carry parts for their system.

Great place to get water tests and chemicals. Staff has knowledge and willing to help. Chemical prices are competitive.

I have proof of all my claims. If anybody is looking for pool service in the Lehigh Valley you'd be…read morewise to avoid this person. If you would like to see the entire text chain, please message me. Even his response to this review was dishonest. I can't recommend Leandro Rodriguez enough. I posted on the PA loves Pool's Facebook group on Thursday night. He was at my house Friday morning. And had the pool liner installed by noon Saturday. Very honest and professional. Regarding the initial technician who is reviewed here. The initial estimate was May 11, and I was told it could be installed the first week in June. My pool liner was delivered to Kasper Pools May 15 or 16, and I picked it up a few days later. I hadn't heard anything since May 11, so I texted him on May 30 because I was supposed to be on his calendar for the first week in June. At that point, he began pushing everything back, and did not provide any date for install -- just kind of left it open ended. He also told me it couldn't be done unless I was home. (It actually turned out not to be true. Leo and his partner did it themselves.) almost a week later I hadn't heard anything, so I texted Tom a week before I went away (for work) hoping it could be done before I went away, and was ignored for over a week and until my 3rd text. I attached proof of that. My wife screamed after the final postponement because we were waiting almost 7 weeks and Tom cancelled bc of a 20% forecast of rain (that never happened.) The so-called harassment Tom describes, on my end, was a response to his very lengthy text, an hour after we thought we were moving on. This text was again full of excuses and selective memory and warranted a response. I also have proof of that. Tom claiming I only got the liner 3 weeks ago (which I have proof is wrong) is either a blatant lie, or, if Tom actually believes this, demonstrates a concerning inability to accurately recall prior communication (even though it was sparse). Either way, it's a red flag.

I would definitely recommend PA Pool Works. I first reached out to them in early May of this year…read more Out of 5 #'s I was given to call for installation after purchasing our semi-in ground from American Pools in Whitehall, I received only 2 return calls. The 1st guy said he could possibly get to the installation in August. When Tom from PA Pool works called me back, we were scheduled to have an estimate at home @ the site of the pool & a few days later Tom came and we discussed our plans which is something I wasn't even offered w/the 1st installer I spoke with. Even though he & his crew were swamped, Tom assured us he felt comfortable providing us w/a mid-July install, weather pending. Tom & his crew were able to keep their time estimate and were here 2 weeks into the month. Not only were the installers able to stick to a date range, these guys worked through one of the hottest summers the Northeast has historically had on record and they were able to finish our job on the 3rd day in brutal heat. They arrive early, they are competent, experienced, fair priced & overall would definitely recommend.

Would not use this company. Bought tons of chemicals from them. Spent thousands with them. Manager at store in Sinking Spring location told us that if we bought a large component (new heater) from them and they installed it, that they would then service us. Tried to buy a $10,000 heater from them and they told us that they could not sell it to us and install it because we were not a customer. How can a company stay in business without offering services that they advertise that they do?

We've needed 9 repairs on our 4 yr old hot tub. The problems began less than 1 month after…read moreinstallation and the last one was completed less than a week ago. After two employees failed to contact Jacuzzi on our behalf as promised and knowing there's not a lot of time left on our warranty I escalated our concerns to the VP and this was his reply: It is my understanding that we have been out on a few occasions to service your hot tub, and we have done so every time under Warranty and at no charge to you. If you feel this spa is a "lemon", this is something that needs to be dealt with directly by you with Jacuzzi themselves. If we go to them and tell them a client wants a new hot tub, even though there have been a few warranty issues on a 4-year old tub, but there is currently nothing wrong with the hot tub, we will get no response. I am unsure why you have felt it best to threaten us with lawyers even though we have performed warranty service and there is no current problem with your hot tub. Nonetheless, we have done everything we can to make you happy, but this appears to have been unsuccessful. Due to the fact that we have been threatened with lawyers even though we have done nothing wrong, I feel it is best to sever ties, and we subsequently will no longer service your hot tub. If you have future warranty and/or service related issues, I would recommend contacting Jacuzzi to get a name of a local authorized service company. If we do in fact get a letter from your lawyer, I will forward this to our lawyer to have it taken care of. I am confident that we will prevail because I fail to see why such drastic measures could even be warranted or on what basis we would even be sued for. Please know that this will be my last correspondence, so any future emails and/or contact from you will go unanswered. Any future communication from you will get directed to our lawyer, should that sadly become necessary. Adam Fronheiser Vice President Office (610) 383-0461
