Once they heard the electric company would only fix a certain portion they returned to my home and fixed the entire wiring on the outside of my home (even though they planned to come the next day) while the electric company was here as well. They did all this in the pouring rain with a smile. I can't express how at ease they made me during a stressful time. They are courteous and I can't recommend them highly enough. Several other electrical companies charged over $100 just to come out and do an estimate before even doing any work - I found this to be ridiculous and decided to go with "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." I can tell you right away that I made a solid decision as that Jim did a great job from the gecko! He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. When he arrived, he was very respectful to the property. He did not mind me watching him install the electrical outlets in my home and explain how the whole system works.
