Tried to buy a $10,000 heater from them and they told us that they could not sell it to us and install it because we were not a customer. How can a company stay in business without offering services that they advertise that they do?

After two employees failed to contact Jacuzzi on our behalf as promised and knowing there's not a lot of time left on our warranty I escalated our concerns to the VP and this was his reply: It is my understanding that we have been out on a few occasions to service your hot tub, and we have done so every time under Warranty and at no charge to you. If you feel this spa is a "lemon", this is something that needs to be dealt with directly by you with Jacuzzi themselves. If we go to them and tell them a client wants a new hot tub, even though there have been a few warranty issues on a 4-year old tub, but there is currently nothing wrong with the hot tub, we will get no response. I am unsure why you have felt it best to threaten us with lawyers even though we have performed warranty service and there is no current problem with your hot tub. Nonetheless, we have done everything we can to make you happy, but this appears to have been unsuccessful. Due to the fact that we have been threatened with lawyers even though we have done nothing wrong, I feel it is best to sever ties, and we subsequently will no longer service your hot tub. If you have future warranty and/or service related issues, I would recommend contacting Jacuzzi to get a name of a local authorized service company. If we do in fact get a letter from your lawyer, I will forward this to our lawyer to have it taken care of. I am confident that we will prevail because I fail to see why such drastic measures could even be warranted or on what basis we would even be sued for. Please know that this will be my last correspondence, so any future emails and/or contact from you will go unanswered. I am trying to like these people as they install our inground pool, but they seem to want every step of the way to be a surprise and half finished. Communication would have gone a long, long way but they completely and utterly lacked in informing us of what to expect, when to expect it, and made clear attempts at excuses for things that could have been straightforward communication and I would have understood. The subcontractors they used were very nice and seemed to do a decent job. My impression is that Goodall failed at project planning to complete the job efficiently, and communication was at best reactive to our constant probes of questions to figure out what was going to go on at our home with this large project. It made it very difficult to plan our own parts of the project (ie landscaping, etc) and wasted a lot (a couple thousand dollars) of our money with wasted materials and I can't even tell you how much of our time has been wasted that could have been prevented if they provided a clear plan, design, and information. I will update this review when we're all said and done to hopefully a better rating with full details.

He also said I needed a new cover and it would be $1,200. No thanks. We called another repair guy. He took all the panels off, found and repaired the leak. You choose not to run the credit card until the pool is closed and has no bearing on my PURCHASE. You could have easily run a $50.00 charge on my card as a deposit on that closing. I was not asking for you to make an exception, only to count the signed contract as a purchase, which it is a purchase whether you run the card today, tomorrow or next month. Tell me how that is not a purchase! Do you really want to lose a customer over a poorly executed policy?

Spring rolls around and we had to reach out to ask when the work could start. They didn't have a team in place until early June and had labor issues, blaming government programs. We continue to follow up weekly. Finally, we are told the work will start July 22. A crew shows up so we pay the next installment. We've now paid 80% and the crew left mid day on July 22. We thought for lunch. They never returned. It's now August 13, 2026 and we have left emails and voicemails multiple times a week. Even the owner hasn't responded. I specifically asked for Laurie to call me twice and she kept writing emails back saying she will call when she knows the schedule. How does a company start work to take majority of our money, not return for over 3 weeks and still not able to tell us when they can come back. I have no idea how this company is still in business.

I use Fronheiser for pool openings, closings and all of my maintenance and pool supply needs. I'm not sure why people are unhappy but I've never been disappointed. I visit the Sinking Spring store and they are always attentive when I walk in. Their young people have been great . I'm always impressed how knowledgeable they are with pool water analysis, product recommendations and no matter how small the order, they always offer to help load the chemicals into my car. As far as pool openings and closings, they are A#1! They do exactly what you contract them to do on the day you ask them to do it. 2-3 days after opening, my pool is Chrystal clear and I'm a happy camper. If I have any issue, like a bad pump recently, they sent a crew out promptly and I was up and going quickly. My pool is in great condition, still looks like new, and the Fronheiser team is really the best around. I have many friends and family who use them and everyone has similar good experiences.
