We thought for lunch. They never returned. It's now August 13, 2026 and we have left emails and voicemails multiple times a week. Even the owner hasn't responded. I specifically asked for Laurie to call me twice and she kept writing emails back saying she will call when she knows the schedule. How does a company start work to take majority of our money, not return for over 3 weeks and still not able to tell us when they can come back. I have no idea how this company is still in business.
