Jason Miller arrived at my home and began the inspection, both in the bathroom and quite extensively in the attic. He found some raised nails, which he immediately began to repair. He worked on the roof, repaired the nails and a few other spots, and closed the door to the exhaust fan. Left trash and nails everywhere. Siding piece on shed had a hole in it. Had to come back and replace. Piece of siding on house is still not fixed after they have attempted 2 times to fix. Have had to constantly call and message them to get this taken care of. Workers that have come to my home won't acknowledge me when I ask them questions totally ignoring me. I have videos and messages documenting all of this. Paid a lot of money to have this work done and have been disrespected from day one! To top it off the slap in the face came when they sent us a $10 gift card in the mail after spending over $50,000 and almost having our dog killed and our property disrespected in the process. Used Joyland this summer for our gutters. Initially we tried to have our gutters cleaned by them to…read moresee if that would resolve our issue but unfortunately it did not. (While on my roof for the initial estimate, Kevin also noticed a seal that was dry rotted and brought that to my attention as something to fix as well which I really appreciated) So we had to replace our gutters. We switched from 5in to 6in. Every step of the process was done promptly and professionally. Every member of the team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. I was not charged for the service until it was done to my complete satisfaction. Our new gutters are fantastic and look really nice too. And the 10 year warranty makes me feel secure that our investment was worth every penny. I highly recommend giving Joyland a chance for your next roof/gutter issue. This is a solid, competent company.
