Then it took several weeks to get someone who actually worked for Greenawalt to come out and fix the new roof. The fix took a whole day. We have zero faith that this roof will actually last, and can only hope that their guarantee is legit. Their company is only focused on the people who work in the office. Now when I watch their commercials I realize this, since they don't seem to refer to the quality of the roof. We settled on a $500 discount, which was very insulting. But again, they don't care about our roof or our satisfaction--only getting paid for the people in the office. I've never written a bad review, and normally don't write any reviews.
