You know things have gone off the rails when employees are openly telling customers that one of the…read moreowners is a nightmare to work with and that they can't stand her. That's usually not a glowing endorsement of company culture. My mother hired this company to open our pool because we had used them before the ownership change and had always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this experience felt like a masterclass in how to lose long-time customers. Mariah initially quoted us one price, but after seeing the property apparently decided that quote was more of a "suggestion" than an actual number. We were told the price needed to increase because, and I quote, "How else am I supposed to pay my employees?" While payroll is certainly an important business expense, I'm fairly certain the accepted method is not surprising customers with inflated invoices after the fact. The billing somehow became even more impressive when we were charged for 2.5 hours of labor at $140 per hour instead of the $95 per hour we were originally told. The only problem? Her own employee confirmed the crew was at the house for approximately one hour and fifteen minutes. Unless someone has recently invented time travel, the math isn't mathing. Not only were we billed far beyond what was discussed, but the crew also managed to break our pool pump and then attempted to blame us for it. Which raises an interesting question: If we knew how to operate the pump, troubleshoot pool equipment, and properly open a pool ourselves, why would we hire a pool company in the first place? The answer is simple--we wouldn't. We hired professionals specifically because we don't mess with equipment we aren't trained to handle (shocking right?). At the end of the day, mistakes happen. Equipment breaks. But changing prices, overbilling for time that wasn't worked, and refusing accountability when something goes wrong is a spectacular way to send loyal customers directly to your competitors. As a final suggestion, it may be worth hiring someone dedicated to invoicing and customer relations. Because if this experience is the standard, the only thing getting cleaned out this season will be the customer list, and Mariah if you're reading this and absolutely hate your job, have the other co-owner buy you out, and live your best life....far away from customer service because it is not your specialty. 10/10 do not recommend.

Our experience: The initial plastering had to be taken out because they used the incorrect plaster,…read morerequiring them to do a complete redo. The second application has also proven to be awful. The finish is uneven, with significant bumps and "waves" across the entire surface. We brought these issues to their attention immediately upon completion. The company explained that this poor finish was caused by the previous plaster layer not being fully removed down to the gunite ( which again one of the layers was because they put the wrong plaster in), a critical detail that was never communicated to us during the planning or execution of the project. As industry professionals, the team should have advised us on the proper preparation needed to achieve a quality finish, and the lack of such communication is a severe oversight. They think feeling waves when sitting is okay. It is so ridiculous that they stand behind that work! I would have easily paid more money if they brought up to me that they need more time to prepare the surface correctly. Furthermore, we were disappointed by the company's proposed resolution: requiring us to pay an additional fee to have the entire job redone again. This is an unacceptable response, as the initial payment was for professional, high-quality work, which was not delivered. We believe the responsibility for this inadequate outcome lies with your company. DO NOT USE!!

We recently moved into a home with an in-ground pool. Sergio…read morePool Plastering company did an amazing job on our 17 year old pool. 17 years is not very old for a pool, but I'm a perfectionist, a bit sick in the head, and I wanted everything about this pool to be just right, with structural integrity, and headache free for the next 10+ years. Daisy came out to the house and estimated the renovation project which included demo of the old tile and coping, restoring the entire pool deck, replacing the custom stone coping, replacing and replicating the tile to match the spa - which was not to be touched or a part of the project - and finally; re-plastering of our pool with 'Diamond Brite' Super Blue finish. Daisy was very professional, knowledgeable, and guided us through every step of the way. They squeezed us in their very busy schedule to accommodate our needs and helped us as much as they could during these pressing times. From draining our pool and demo work, through the masterful deck rebuild, the coping and tile work, and finally the plastering finish, everyone on every crew was on time, extremely polite, professional, and left the job site clean. Weather related delays caused the project to take a little longer than expected, but with every turn, with every step, and with any concerns and questions we had about the renovation project, Sergio, Daisy and the entire office team were always available to answer our questions and help us with everything we needed to make sure all our needs were met and that the end result was nothing but spectacular. The price was very competitive, and they even threw in the spa to make sure everything was cohesive. We were very surprised and astounded at the generous gift and were furthermore shocked when they gave us new pool light bulbs, pool light gaskets, and repaired a pool light cove leak.... free of charge!!! You don't get that kind of service these days! I have no words to describe how thankful and grateful we are... My entire family is enjoying a beautiful newly renovated pool and our summer was saved thanks to Sergio. I would highly recommend you put your faith in him and give Sergio and team your next pool renovation project THANK YOU SERGIO, DAISY & TEAM FOR A SPLENDID JOB. WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!
