They were suppose to come back in May of this year to finish and never did. Stamped concrete is only 6 months old and cracking. Pool is still leaking under ground. I had to have pool refilled by them once. During summer even with all the rain we had to add water from our hose. The hot tub attached to pool is sinking and brick point is falling off. Hot tub has not worked properly since installed. Had to pay to have lawn and landscaping redone from their equipment. All landscaping stones are washing onto my sidewalks. Wiring is exposed at main electrical box. They never showed us how to properly use the pool and spa. Had to pay another contractor to blow lines out and close pool up for winter. Aqua Spa was suppose to do this for free the first year, but they never responded back to my calls. Contacting the BBB and hopefully will get this resolved without an attorney.

George the owner, of this install company came out to measure the pool ahead of installation at our request. The day he came and installed the liner he wanted $575. more than was quoted. He blamed Nano's for misquoting, since they had his install prices. Nano's said its not their problem because we pay the installer directly. Another bait and switch game? Pa business law requires a work contract to be given to sign. After this experience, I wouldn't trust either company. Buyer beware!

I posted on the PA loves Pool's Facebook group on Thursday night. He was at my house Friday morning. And had the pool liner installed by noon Saturday. Very honest and professional. Regarding the initial technician who is reviewed here. The initial estimate was May 11, and I was told it could be installed the first week in June. My pool liner was delivered to Kasper Pools May 15 or 16, and I picked it up a few days later. I hadn't heard anything since May 11, so I texted him on May 30 because I was supposed to be on his calendar for the first week in June. At that point, he began pushing everything back, and did not provide any date for install -- just kind of left it open ended. He also told me it couldn't be done unless I was home. (It actually turned out not to be true. Leo and his partner did it themselves.) almost a week later I hadn't heard anything, so I texted Tom a week before I went away (for work) hoping it could be done before I went away,and was ignored for over a week and until my 3rd text. I attached proof of that. My wife screamed after the final postponement because we were waiting almost 7 weeks and Tom cancelled bc of a 20% forecast of rain (that never happened.) The so-called harassment Tom describes, on my end, was a response to his very lengthy text, an hour after we thought we were moving on. This text was again full of excuses and selective memory and warranted a response. I also have proof of that. Tom claiming I only got the liner 3 weeks ago (which I have proof is wrong) is either a blatant lie, or, if Tom actually believes this, demonstrates a concerning inability to accurately recall prior communication (even though it was sparse). Either way, it's a red flag.

The 1st guy said he could possibly get to the installation in August. When Tom from PA Pool works called me back, we were scheduled to have an estimate at home @ the site of the pool & a few days later Tom came and we discussed our plans which is something I wasn't even offered w/the 1st installer I spoke with. Even though he & his crew were swamped, Tom assured us he felt comfortable providing us w/a mid-July install, weather pending. Tom & his crew were able to keep their time estimate and were here 2 weeks into the month. Not only were the installers able to stick to a date range, these guys worked through one of the hottest summers the Northeast has historically had on record and they were able to finish our job on the 3rd day in brutal heat. They arrive early, they are competent, experienced, fair priced & overall would definitely recommend.

I was kept informed during each phase, when they were schedule to come out, what was happening. I have never had as good experience with a contractor as I had with Aqua Bello. Mike and or his son was onsite during most of the major phases. He did the stone work for the waterfall, which turned out great. When we decided to install a pool I was afraid that I would be out there constantly cleaning, adding chems, etc. But, with the Pentair equipment they installed I did very little the first season. And I only had to backwash one time. I highly recommend Aqua Bello. Someone else posted that they had a bad experience, I am not sure I agree with all that was posted. I certainly can not see that anyone at Aqua Bello would have called that person a liar. I met Mike, his son and wife, and Jeff when he designed the pool. I talked to them on virtually a weekly basis and I would be shocked if that were true. I just don't see it. I certainly had a very good experience. My neighbors have all commented how nice the pool looks.

No more. My pump died. Ok I'll check Fronheiser for a replacement. Out of stock. Damn I'll check Amazon, reluctantly. Bingo, a Pentair Superflo VS. Email Fronheiser, text them exactly what I need. Pump wired and new PVC. The old one were different sizes and did not line up. Tech comes out and is gone in 30 minutes. No knock or doorbell, just gone. I come home from work, plumbing looks great, but why is my pump not hooked up? Text them. Oh we don't connect pumps that are not purchased from us. That was not disclosed to me and it is not on their web site. You did not finish the contracted job. I have a text that says no problem. If you tell me that a text is not an agreement then I can say I never agreed to the work being done. Good luck getting paid.
