I don't have enough kind words to say about Frank, Alex & the Aqua Pool team!…read more In our particular case, the back yard was difficult to access due to neighboring fences and pavers walkways galore ...so much so that we had three other pool companies simply say thanks for thinking of us but no thanks, the physical constraints of the backyard were too much for them to overcome. A pool is a pretty large expense and Alex gave us white glove service throughout the entire process. He stopped over two or three times with a variety of different pool designs (we kept on changing the location of the pool) until we were completely satisfied with the design and layout. Fast forward a few months to the beginning of October and the digging of the pool. While I am sure it was partly due to the complexity of the job but I can say that not only did Alex serve as our "salesmen" on the pool and design but he was also on the backhoe the first day and remained on site just about everyday through the completion of the project. This was not at all what we were expecting but really appreciated how hands on they were on their pool designs and installs. As an example of their service and professionalism, as I mentioned above we have pavers walkways by the side of our house and leading down through the back yard. Alex and Frank were extra cautious as to not damage them by placing piece on top of piece on top of piece of plywood to protect them from the machinery that was going to be going back and forth. When the job was completed everything looks as good as the day the job was started! Not quite sure what the hum-bub is about in some of these other reviews but I have had a completely different experience with Aqua Pools. Any calls or texts that we have had with Alex are promptly answered. In some cases we actually ended up changing pool equipment (heater and pumps speeds) and in every each case Alex was there to review our options and let us decide the direction that we wanted to go in. If you want an awesome pool and even better service be sure to ask for Alex, you won't be disappointed! We couldn't be any more satisfied! Now we just need to get through this winter so we start to use the pool!

They were suppose to come back in May of this year to finish and never did. Stamped concrete is only 6 months old and cracking. Pool is still leaking under ground. I had to have pool refilled by them once. During summer even with all the rain we had to add water from our hose. The hot tub attached to pool is sinking and brick point is falling off. Hot tub has not worked properly since installed. Had to pay to have lawn and landscaping redone from their equipment. All landscaping stones are washing onto my sidewalks. Wiring is exposed at main electrical box. They never showed us how to properly use the pool and spa. Had to pay another contractor to blow lines out and close pool up for winter. Aqua Spa was suppose to do this for free the first year, but they never responded back to my calls. Contacting the BBB and hopefully will get this resolved without an attorney.

I called LESLIE's to open my 18 foot round above the ground pool. I found the gentlemen to be rushed and I didn't understand a lot of the explanations they gave me regarding my filter, etc. That being said, I called them again in September to close my pool. Again, the service was rushed, and the cover was not put on the pool correctly, and continued to come off the pool during the winter with wind. I call again in March 2025 to open my pool. They said they were booked. They couldn't give me a date and they would call back. I called two subsequent times and spent 45 minutes on the phone, to which they still could not give me a date and said they would call me back. They never called me back and my husband found a different service... while sitting on my front porch today, May 26, 2025, Memorial Day, the LESLIE truck rolls up to my home... two men got out ready to open pool, and I said I had no idea you were coming today, nobody called me back, and I contracted with a different company. Why would LESLIE send a truck out to open a pool on a holiday? Sorry., the driver told me, he said this has happened all day to him and he has heard the same comments from everyone saying they had no idea they were going to show up today and that the home office never called anybody back.... For a service that is $300 each to open or close your pool, they should have better communication.... I will no longer use LESLIE's for my swimming pool services and they have lost my business. I am too busy of a person to spend 45 minutes calling them three times. Clearly they have so much business they don't need mine...

The pool is never clean, people using the pool can't believe that I have pool service. Every Monday Kasper comes to do the maintenance and when they leave it is still dirty. The tiles have green on them, the corners have dirt on them, the sides have not been brushed properly, I don't think they even do a thing to the jacuzzi, they do a terrible terrible job.They have plenty of excuses why it was not done right. I have called and called and they never resolve the problem. Two men would show up every week and they are here for a very short time, thats not the issue if it were done right and they are quick that would be fine. The last straw was when they came July 13th and the green slime on the bottom was still there after they left. I called Mike the next day and told him how awful the pool looked. I asked him to come over and check it out so he would see it first hand. He blew me off and never showed. I gave him to Friday to see if anyone showed up, nothing was done. I called and told them I never want to see them again. I found another pool service and for the first time my pool sparkles. My only regret is not leaving sooner. Did I mention they charged me $175.00 each time to do the job a school kid could have done better. I really do not understand how they are so awful and just don't care.
