The worst service at any Carls Jr ever! I was trying to order and she kept cutting me off and rushing me. I ended up going to the window to complain to the manager. Mayra claimed to be the general manager, she is the one who cut me off while ordering. And then she has the audacity to say I'm having a bad day and refused to apologize. Would not give me her corporate contact or district manager information. She literally said "this is fast food and you are in the drive thru, you need to order fast. Ordered my food through the app, when food was given I informed cashier (super nice curly hair young lady) that i was missing my drinks, she let other young lady with redish hair know the issue, to which that one responded with, "she didn't have any drinks" I went on my phone to show cashier i did have drinks they are "Combo meals" the app just didn't let me choose them. She again informed that same young lady of the issue and all she said was no she didn't have drinks in her order, but you can ring her up if she wants them" so I had to pay an additional $7.56 for 2 large drinks which were already included with my order because I didnt want to hold up the drive thru line, and because it's not the cashier's fault but that young lady in charge needs to get trained better. It's not her fault the app didn't work, but it's also not my fault. I shouldn't have to pay for drinks that were already included in my "combo meal" I've worked at restaurants and this is not how they train us, especially when the receipt says they are combo meals. I have come to this location a few times and the food has been decent. I just went today and got some food and drove home with it. Come to realize that it wasn't correct. I figure its wasted time calling and complaining, and it would take me over half hour to get back there due to traffic and another 15 to get back... I ordered a Super Star with cheese and for the sauce only ketchup. I confirmed this with the girl that took my order twice, I just didn't want other sauce. On the receipt it says dry + ketchup. This spot can be a hit or miss. This last time i went they served our food to us. That was extremely nice. The fries were warm not hot and fresh that i was expecting. The burger was absolutely delicious. Very fresh produce on it. The lettuce was so crispy and the tomatoes were so juicy. I was very impressed with my burger. It was extremely good. Although I was very pleased with the friendliness of the employees at the drive through I can't get over my super sad chicken sandwich. I'd been seeing the billboards and advertisements of this big delicious looking sandwich so I decided I had to have it. Well, you got me, hook line and sinker. After further investigation there was a patty, and small sad overcooked piece of chicken, practically a nugget. You'd think that since they offer Beyond Burgers they would try to accommodate vegetarian and vegan customers. However more than once they've left on cheese I asked to be omitted. Tonight I ask the to give us to sourdough stars because the bread is healthier than a bun and would the please substitute beyond meat for the meat, no cheese or Mayo, add mustard and paid extra for guacamole. Both burgers came as hamburger with cheese and bacon and they made us wait about 10 min when the people in front also waited about 10 min. So you don't start one order while doing another. And you totally ignore the customer explaining they are making it vegan. I suspect the you employees all standing around chatting while I waited of purposefully not following the request. How else do you account for the meal being so completely different than the order. I called to explain my concern. I did not raise my voice or accuse them of anything. Since being transferred back to Placerville a few months ago I usually stop by once a week or so for lunch. With what I order I like sides of ranch dressing. But for the last several weeks they have not had any, with no explanation. Ranch is a staple of just about any fast food restaurant so why would you not have any. Such a disappointment lol. I've been vomiting for two days after eating one bite of their western bacon cheeseburger. I went through their drive-thru, and got a large western bacon cheeseburger meal with frys, and a rootbeer which was almost $12 for this slop. Afterwards I stopped at Raley's (had grocery shopping to do) and I ate a fry which was really cold. I should have known better about trying the cheeseburger, it was also turned out to be cold, and the bacon was barely cooked. Some of it went down my wind pipe, I was able to grab the other end and pull it all out. I though I was going to choke to death. Their food went right into the Raley's trash can. That night I started throwing up which lasted for 2 DAYS, 2 DAYS! What a nightmare. THIS PLACE NEEDS BE CLOSED DOWN! I grew up here and local business can get away with murder, so unfortunately there was no point in making a complaint. What was a little surprising was how fast the 2 cars in front of me got their orders. I assume that Carl's Jr. is cooking food in advance and letting it sit for god knows how long. Obviously bacteria from the sitting partially cooked meat must be the cause of the food poisoning that made me so sick. I can only hope that someone in the health department will see this review and start an investigation on how Carl's Jr. does business. If you go to this place, before you pay them any money ask to feel how hot the food is, and check to make sure it is fully cooked. A word to the wise. read more

Ordered a mobile order, when I got there, there was no clear area for a mobile pick up so I get in the drive through. I get to the intercom and they tell me I need to park to get my food so I get out of the drive-thru, find a spot to park in their 4 car parking lot and as I go in I guess the store lost power. The employee that told me to come in proceeded to start yelling at me telling me I couldn't be in there.
