Brought a car from this place all types off issues. And back got into a argument with one of those guys had to call police.

I wouldn't even give this company a half of a star. They scammed me out of my deposit on a 2006 Lexus and it had it posted on there site on offer up the next day. The car had check engine lights on when I told the salesman's about it they called the police and block my car in and wouldn't let me take it after I had already gave them the deposit saying that I had no warranty and they were canceling the deal. Please believe I will be going to court with this. Radio wasn't working air was not working and car was getting hot. Please do your research.

Scammers brought a car and broke down within 24 hours the guy kept saying you have no warranty had to call the police. Don't ever do business with this company. Guy was threading and didn't even want to fix the car.i should have looked at reviews before I went in to this lot. At least I know now.

See the GTS doesn't belong here. Beware this car is still on the lot

He is respectful, knows the cars, and made the whole process feel like I was hoping for and I never thought I'd get that from a dealership but he handled everything perfectly. Joon in finance was great. He explained everything to us in a way that was helpful and took the time to make us comfortable. Will A. helped us get the tech all set up and running. Good guy! Really I have to say Berge (Bell Lexus) is fortunate to have this team. The managers I'm assuming must be treating the team well because everyone seems happy and just wants to take care of customers. Oh and to the dude that likes Protein House. See yuh there again soon. Thank you, Henri! Hope to send people your way!

My appointment was today at 1pm and Luis was gracious, courteous, and made me feel as though I was a friend coming to visit. The experience took about two hours and then I was passed over to Joon Shin in finance. I usually dread dealing with the finance department as I have had negative experiences in the past. However, Joon was an absolute pleasure to work with and he made me feel very comfortable as though we knew each other already. I can't say enough about how professional and supportive these two gentlemen were, and kudos to Bell Lexus for onboarding great people like Luis and Joon. Thank you so much, I will be referring people to your dealership.

He was unbelievably amazing, and I could not recommend him more. From the moment we arrived, he pointed us in the exact direction of the car we came to see. He was never pushy or overwhelming. He gave us the information we needed, stepped back to let us look around on our own, and only stepped in when it truly felt helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and all of its features, and he was so kind and patient throughout the entire experience. He made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of the whole time. We then worked with Josiah for the financial portion, and he was just as incredible. He brought such kindness, understanding, and light to the process. He took what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car and made it calm and surprisingly enjoyable. His guidance, encouragement, and the conversation we had about life and entrepreneurship meant more than he probably realizes. He made a real impact on us, and we are very grateful for the care he showed. Both Ron and Josiah made our experience unforgettable. We could not be happier with the way we were treated and highly recommend working with them.

I brought it in expecting answers and support. Instead, I got neither. They don't offer loaner cars, so I had to spend $350 on a rental for just three days. After all that, they told me it was just a "glitch in the system." No real explanation. No accountability. No compensation for my time or money wasted. To make it worse, they left my car with 7 miles in the tank because they "had to drive it to get a read." That should have been clearly explained upfront. It wasn't. When I asked for a ride home, they told me the shuttle was closed so once again, I had to spend more of my own money. The whole place feels cold and robotic. No empathy. No effort to make things right. When you buy a new car, you expect support -- not to be brushed off and left paying out of pocket for their mistakes. I would not recommend Tempe Honda to anyone who expects real customer service.

I've been trying to purchase a Tacoma from Camelback Toyota because I've had good experiences with the dealership in the past, including buying my Tundra there. My family has also purchased several other vehicles over the years, including Lexus models from other dealerships, so I'm very familiar with the car-buying process. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing due to the way Mike, one of the managers, handled the situation. Initially, Ryan had quoted me $4,500 for a lift and tire package. Later, when I spoke with Mike, he changed the price to $4,875. When I asked why the price was different, he said it was because this was a different truck. I explained that the truck shouldn't matter because I was simply purchasing the same lift and tire package. I also asked whether I could keep my original tires if I purchased the package. Mike told me no and said the original tires had to stay unless I paid an additional $600. This confused me because when I purchased a lift and tires through the same dealership in the past, I was allowed to keep my original tires at no extra charge. I mentioned that I had already called other shops and found the same setup for about $1,000 less, but we were still considering doing the work at the dealership to help protect the truck's warranty. When I bought my Tundra, I was told that installing a lift outside the dealership could potentially affect warranty coverage, so we were trying to stay loyal to Camelback Toyota despite the higher price. Things became worse after I told the salesperson that I wanted to speak directly with Ryan again to better understand why the pricing and terms had suddenly changed. Shortly after that, Mike sent me what I felt was a very rude and unprofessional text message. In the text, he accused me of not taking "small steps" while claiming he was "going miles" for me. He repeatedly brought up the MSRP price of the truck and implied that I couldn't afford it. To be clear, I understood we were negotiating. The truck was listed around $55,000, and I was trying to get closer to $49,000. Ryan had previously mentioned he could potentially do around $52,200, so we were still working through numbers. Negotiation is normal in car buying, but the way Mike handled it was disrespectful and unnecessary. My wife had already left a review a few weeks ago because she also felt Mike was rude during an earlier interaction. We were actually ready to walk away at that point, but we decided to give the dealership another chance because of our previous positive experiences there and because we wanted to continue doing business with them. Unfortunately, this second experience only made things worse. What's most frustrating is the inconsistency between managers. One manager tells us one thing, while another changes the pricing and conditions completely. On top of that, I've tried asking to speak with the general manager so I can show the text messages, discuss the pricing discrepancies, and explain our concerns directly, but no one has provided me with contact information or helped escalate the issue. At the end of the day, buying a truck is a major purchase for our family. We simply wanted transparency, professionalism, and fair treatment. Instead, we were met with aggressive behavior, conflicting information, and disrespectful comments. Camelback Toyota has a large inventory and plenty of opportunities to earn loyal customers, which is why it's disappointing to see behavior like this from management. I truly hope the general manager sees this review, addresses the situation, and takes steps to improve how customers are treated moving forward.

When I gave ALBERT the deposit I asked if I dont get the car I can get my money back? He said yes, dont worry. WELLL.....Getting the refund back turned into a process. I had to make multiple visits, and communication was none existent until I filed a complaint with the Attorney General. In the response to my complaint they said if I provided proof of the charge they would refund my money promptly, which was a lie. I provided them my bank statement and they still wanted the ORIGINAL CARD that was charged. Because my original debit card had been replaced by my bank, they made excuses about how they couldnt process the refund. I requested a check, but they insisted it had to go back to the original card. Then they asked me to call my bank, yet another hoop to jump through to get MY money back which set me off. So I cussed them out and called them theives and liars and stormed out. However, I calmed down and decided to try one more time. After calling my bank and getting the old card number, they were able to process the refund and gave me a receipt. I'm now waiting for it to post. In the hour and half I was there, I also witnessed physical violence between two salesman that had got into an arguement.... Salesman 1 went to salemans 2 desk and popped him upside the head. Saleman 2 then stood up and the arguement escalated before he slapped him smooth across his face. A third salesman stepped between them and de escalated them. It was uncomfortable to watch as a customer. This place is questionable at best, they lied to me about the car, they lied about how I can recieve my refund, they are very unprofessional and aggressive. In the end, the refund was processed, but it required months of persistence on my part. I would never recommend buying a car from here if you want your money in trusted hands. In the video below you can hear them tussling and the slap from salesman 2.
