This place is an absolute joke and it's predatorial and a shady business. Check the track record of the GM and sales manager and what's been filed on them. I go to get my car serviced for something they told me they were "fixing" before I got the car and turns out it was completely broken. After holding my car hostage for almost a month (only owned the car two months) they finally get to fixing things after I threatened to go to the attorney general. Shady business was scared and so I go to get my car and the service manager starts threatening me and getting in my face to "protect his business" and told me to "come see him when he's off". Very unprofessional and a group of cowards. When I have my meeting with the attorney general I will make sure to have them thoroughly look at this place. I had several problems, too many to list, some were safety issues that would of been picked up , had they cared to to inspect the vehicle before sale. . CARE is what is missing from this place. Integrity is also missing. They are only interested in the the almighty dollar and how to extract it from anyone. I will never go back, I suggest no one else attempt to. ZERO STARs!!!! If I could give this a negative million star I would. This place is an embarrassment. Bought a vehicle that I believed would be certified pre owned. Come to find out they basically take people's trade ins and just give a car wash and clear the computer to put on the lot. Been back and fourth 4 times in 2 months. They've had our vehicle for 25 days of the 2 months we've had. We couldn't even take the car home the first day because of a tranny issue that was easy to them. When we traded our car in the bank tried billing us for both cars saying Carizona never cut a check to them. Went to an actual dealer of the make we have and they gave us a list of things wrong. New gaskets needed to be replaced, mixture of multiple fluids, rear differential, etc. so much wrong with our experience. Just save yourself the burden and headache and dodge these crooks. Literally can't trust anything on Main Street. You guys( CARIZONA) should be beyond ashamed of yourself. The humility and extra money we have to throw out of our own pockets. By the way we didn't get offered gap until the check engine light came on again within the first week of receiving our vehicle. Just because they have acres of cars doesn't not mean quantity over quality. Mark( head mechanic) thinks everything is a joke. And boss man(Cesar) is a lost cause. We have mixed feelings about Carizona. We bought a 10 year old Honda with relatively low miles, but a few days after purchasing it, a warning light came on indicating a problem with the all-wheel drive. Although we had to bring the car back 3 times, Carizona did resolve the issue. We were particularly impressed with the service department manager- Will. He was helpful, fair, and willing to listen. Lisa, the GM, was also helpful. Having said all of that, our buying experience wasn't great. The sales experience felt a little slick and Carizona could have done a better job of ensuring the car was in good shape to sell. In addition, we asked for a copy of the service records for the vehicle and were told it was Carizona's policy to not release those. To us, that does not instill confidence in the company. Maybe our expectations of buying a used car from a used car dealership are too high, but we have bought several used cars in the past and all of those experiences have been more positive. I purchased this vehicle online and trusted the salesman with vehicle information and pictures on web site. I was also explained that there vehicles go through an inspection and maintenance plus a car cleaning detail. After vehicle paperwork was completed ,it took almost 3 weeks to get the car delivered and I live @ 235 miles from the dealership. But was told within 48 hours,would be delivered. When vehicle arrived I was surprised how poor the condition it was in. The car looked like it was cleaned by my neighbors son for $5.00 dollars. When i was going through my overall look of the car, No interior lights,no license plate lights, loose rear window trim that was taped ,something you see in a poor country. Engine hood strut broken, some cheap floor mats, leather seats had black dye on it to cover badly leather condition. Clearcoat was the big thing...really bad shape. The only thing the salesman Issac told me that he had a bad tire sensor and after I explained everything to him after receiving the car. He acted like he was unaware of any vehicle issues. Thanks for getting involved with my car...LOL Not aware?? There was no other response for the condition of my car!! Nothing, like were use to this . Sad part is,I like my car and it is now a work in progress as I have already fixed the light issues, ordered a new hood strut, detailed the car myself, ordered new floor mats. The seats will have to be re-upholstered and I'm stuck with the bad clearcoat. I thought purchasing a vehicle from a dealership would be good experience since the salesman sounded proud of the service technicians and detail crew, but there clearly is a low standard of quality and poor communication. read more

I would recommend going to a professional dealership as NO-ONE bothered to help us. The car posted was not ready to be sold and had missing and broken parts that had not been fixed. They made us feel like we were not a priority and an inconvenience. The sell price went up 2,000 more than what was shown online and asked us for proof of the price, as if were lying. The posted pictures showed it to be immaculate but in person was told it hadn't been thru servicing as electrical wiring was exposed. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. Stay away and save yourself the trip. Be EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS buying a car from here. A couple hours after driving our new car off the lot, the transmission light came on. This turned out to be a $7k fix with the warranty they sold us covering only half of the cost . We had to argue back and forth for days when Carizona reluctantly covered the cost of the rest. The also claim they cannot give loaner cars, and we were stuck with zero means of transportation. Again, after arguing for several days they gave us a loaner. The loaner was a 20 year old vehicle with no gas in it when they gave it to us. The interior of the loaner car was in poor condition, and when we returned it, the man at the front desk of the service department was making comments, in front of us, of "how dirty" we were returning it. There was some dirt and small rocks by the pedals, but other than that we returned the car in the exact condition we got it. We also returned it with half a tank of gas. The man at the front desk of the service department is extremely unpleasant and rude and hard to deal with. Our car was in the shop for over a month, and when it was returned to us it was leaking coolant and the under body shield was hanging off. We brought the car to another shop to fix the shield and they said the plastic pieces that held it up were snapped off and they had to use zip ties to secure it. It has been three months of owning the car and so far, these are the issues: $7k transmission replacement, $500 battery replacement, $650 coolant repair. I have never dealt with a dealership so unwilling to to help their customer and putting all the blame on you for them selling you a lemon. They also told us that our warranty would only apply if we took the car back to them for the repairs. After calling the warranty company, they said that this is not true. We will NEVER take our car to be "repaired" at their shop again. read more
