I did notice a few thigs with the car that need attention but it was a cheap car under $10k that has 138k miles on it, so it's not like it's new. If I could give this place less then half a star I would. I recently purchased a car from this place, and in 24 hrs there was an issue with the car. If you ever see this place I would advise you to do a complete U turn from this scam of a place. I was having issues with the key fob for the vehicle and for some reason there was no power to the car. There was a manual entry key with the key fob. After not being able to get into the car I tried the manual key and it did not work for the car. I replaced the battery in the fob and called the dealership. Talked to the sales manager Ivan and after several attempts he had someone come out and unlock the car. Now mind you that was a good gesture and I appreciated tht. After the car was opened it was determined that the battery was dead. After jumping the car I took it straight to Carizona dealership. I meet with Ivan and Will (the sevice manager) I felt tht there was a electrical issue, the car was checked and OF COURSE I was told everything checked out to be fine now. That was ok but the issue of the manual key not working needed to be addressed. I was told by Ivan the sales manager that a new key needed to be cut for the locks and it would cost $600. I was then told that the dealership was offering to pay half of the cost, and I would have to pay the other half. WHAT!!! Ivan stated that this issue has never happened before and they should have checked the key when they got the vehicle and they didn't. So you didn't check the key and forget the fact of the past, theres a issue now. Take note of your mistake and be accountable and from now on, because of this check everything in the future. So please tell me how I'm responsible for paying half for what u didn't check and sold me? They tried to say they did me a favor by having the car checked and working with me to address the issue more then the amount of time they wanted to spend. Not realizing that if the manual key worked, there would have been no reason to have someone come out to unlock the car or have it checked by service. So because of that I should pay $300. So my question was if I noticed that this key didn't work 24hrs ago, what would have happened? They would of had to pay to get the key and fob reprogramed anyway. So why not pay for it now? If I don't want the car and its given back? They will have to get a new key for the next buyer. We were eventually told to leave because an arguement insued,and they weren't going to pay for the key as the sales manager Ivan walked away from us telling us that anyone else that we could talk to wasn't available and the offer of half would stand regardless of who we talked to. Don't ever go to this place bad business, unprofessional, and money hungry. This place has no money and when there is a mistake on their part will want you to come out of your pocket because they have zero money to cover issues. read more

Went to test drive a 2012 Dodge charger that had approximately 136,000 miles they were asking $16,000 approximately. They tried to tell me that I would have to put down a minimum of $1500-$2000 down payment and the interest-rate they were trying to charge me was above 15% and told me that was standard when trying to purchase a vehicle that is over 100,000 miles. Left there without a car needless to say. Went to landings credit union because we found a 2011 Chevy Camaro that was much nicer than the charger we drove and asking $19,000, landings credit union approved us no money down and my interest rate was nowhere near 15% or even in double digits. I will never listen to car salesman again and will always do my own research before ever purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. Especially when it comes to financing. buyer beware! Recently went to view A Silverado, 2500 HD 2007. Spoke with Darius asked him a couple questions that they weren't sure about. He talked me into a deposit to hold the truck. I agreed to it but also stated if it was refundable, because I was looking at another truck that very next day. Really upsetting experience - can I give zero stars?? I first bought a Toyota Tacoma that I absolutely loved and was within my budget. Salesman was nice enough and never felt overly pushy. But then a week or so after, the Toyota was having all kinds of engine problems and told them about it. They said no problem bring it back and I got a different truck (paying even more money!) - a Ford F150 which isn't exactly what I wanted, but I needed a truck and they had my money even though this is much worse on gas. So I drive the Ford home (I live about 3 hrs away mind you). About two weeks in, I buy new tires for it and now, not only is the engine not running right, but when the guys try to get the tires on, they tell me the alignment is really off and they were having a hard time fitting the tires- that this was definitely in a wreck. I text the salesman Darius and then the manager as well as an email as I kept having problems, but no one has responded. Now, the truck won't even start! It's been sitting dead (and yes I jumped the battery, but nothing worked) - I'm a pretty mechanical guy and tried a few things to get it to start and nothing's working and I cannot get a response from anyone. I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau as well. read more

Con artists and liars I was told one thing before I bought the car and then I was told something different after I paid it in full. They do not do a 120 point inspection they do an internal safety check which you are not allowed to get the report so you actually don't know what's wrong with the vehicle. I am from out of state and no one advised me that I could get my car inspected before I purchased it as I was relying on their 120 point inspection they kept talking about. I was called and told the car was ready to be picked up, I had to wait over an hour as they did not have all of the information from me the paperwork was incorrect and they registered me in the wrong name. After I brought it home there was an oil spot thank God I didn't leave for the 1700 mile drive home if they did the inspection safety check they would see all of the oil under my car that the harmonic balancer and pulley was broken which is part of the crankshaft into my engine. I took it to my mechanic after I got it back and there were still issues I called carizona back and they told me I was SOL and they weren't gonna do any more work on my car even though their warranty is they will repair anything up to 500 miles after you leave the lot. Also if you want any gas in your tank you have to leave a yelp review. My suggestion is to go somewhere else to buy a car or have any service work completed. read more

I just bought a car December 27,2021 I needed a reliable car for I'm a single mother and my other car now has over 300,500 miles on it. As of today 1/19/2022, not even a month later the check engine light is on. They want to charge me a $120 fee to do the diagnostic test on the car. Plus pay for anything that needs to be fixed unless it's the transmission which is the only thing under warranty. They also promised to fix the radio which is in the contract and I'm still waiting on that no one has even contacted me about it.
