The menu we had included: pulled pork, buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken bacon and ranch sandwich, cheeseburger, hamburger and popcorn chicken. Along with fries, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad as sides. I am not kidding when I say everything that came out was great! Everyone was clean plate club. (And that is saying something. My boyfriend had the spicy and said it was good, but the kick lingered in his mouth. My coleslaw was weak too. Overall, the location is perfect for this kind of meal. They offer huge sandwiches which include 6 oz. meat, one side and a drink for $7.50 or larger platters for around $11. They never keep me waiting long and they have many BBQ sauces to choose from including some interesting ones such as cherry habanero and blackberry. They are usually located around the corner of 7th Ave. and 44th St. in Marion behind Arnold's motor supply. So if you find yourself in the area around lunchtime it's definitely worth the stop!

And I tried their spicy sweet sauce chicken dinner, which was as good as any Chinese food in the city. It was spicy enough to make my nose run, but not so spicy that it was stupid hot. The staff at this food truck are always friendly and engaging, always willing to please my every request. I wish they would open a permanent store someday.

I will try and describe the food as it is depicted on the menu; Each food item has a flag next to it to describe the heritage of the dish as the owner learned how to make it as authentic as possible. I have only tried a few dishes but they were very well prepared. And I have personally heard the owner mention to the cooks about presentation and how he wanted it perfect. They have limited seating and I do see "to go" orders constantly being taken out. They are taking a food truck business to brick and mortar and so there will be some growing pains. But seeing the owner work and the owner's wife step in to help when things get busy tells me they are dedicated to making this business a success.
