They had an amazing dry spice rub on the outside. If the beef had been jucier, I think that would have totally changed the experience of the spice rub. I don't know whether that makes sense, but hopefully you try it, enjoy it, and agree with me. My side was yellow rice. At first, I thought the rice was really bland, but there was some sort of seasoning in it that kind of builds on you the more you eat. It's not at all of a hot spice type of seasoning.
