I had an event of about fifty people-- we had a two-hour serving window. Keepin Up With the Jones's food truck came about 90 minutes or so early to prep. The menu we had included: pulled pork, buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken bacon and ranch sandwich, cheeseburger, hamburger and popcorn chicken. Along with fries, baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad as sides. I am not kidding when I say everything that came out was great! Everyone was clean plate club. (And that is saying something. Those are some LEGIT serving sizes but the food was THAT good.) If you want reasonably priced, yummy food-- hire Keepin Up With the Jones's for your next event!

There are Mexican wrestling masks hanging behind the counter and pictures of wrestling on the walls. Different. They have happy hour buy 1 get 1 most days on all drinks and different food specials every day. I will try and describe the food as it is depicted on the menu; Each food item has a flag next to it to describe the heritage of the dish as the owner learned how to make it as authentic as possible. I have only tried a few dishes but they were very well prepared. And I have personally heard the owner mention to the cooks about presentation and how he wanted it perfect. They have limited seating and I do see "to go" orders constantly being taken out. They are taking a food truck business to brick and mortar and so there will be some growing pains. But seeing the owner work and the owner's wife step in to help when things get busy tells me they are dedicated to making this business a success. This is a must try business and you will see plenty of dishes you will want to experience.

I tried there, chicken nuggets and they're every bit is good as Chick-fil-A may be better but different. And I tried their spicy sweet sauce chicken dinner, which was as good as any Chinese food in the city. It was spicy enough to make my nose run, but not so spicy that it was stupid hot.
