It's a little larger than other w&s stores so they have room to buy in big on more wholesale promotions. They pass on those savings to offer some of the best pricing you'll find anywhere in the area. They have an excellent selection of craft beers and a big walk-in beer cooler. There's even an 8-foot section of beer and wine making supplies. Like most Hy-Vee stores the staff are customer focused and well trained.

I had a little time to wander the aisles, and there's a lot of good stuff going on. The highlights: labels to find celebrity-owned brands, great gift ideas in stock, tons of mixers and accessories. The place was super clean, smelled nice, and the folks working were super friendly. They were quite happy to look up a wine and try to get it in stock, as well. Whatever negative perceptions of a liquor store you might have, this place defies them. I'll be stopping by more often.
