I use the email retrieval code method frequently. All you do is send an email to the printing alias listed on the printer with the documents attached and within minutes, you receive an auto-generated code which you input into the printer and voila! Your documents are ready to print. Prices are average with color printing being a bit more expensive than black and white. The ink is always well stocked so I never have issues with the quality of the documents once printed. I recently placed an order online for a foam board poster and it was ready the next day. When I went in, I realized I had accidentally ordered a non mounted poster instead of the foam board I wanted. The staff was nice enough to reprint it for me at no extra charge and it turned out great! It only took them a few minutes to redo it too. The staff is usually friendly, efficient, and organized. I've actually ordered postcards or business cards directly through Canva for pickup at this location which is an added perk. I definitely recommend this location for your printing and shipping needs!

This last time was a drop off and the staff who I tried dropping my package off was very rude about telling me I needed to scan the package myself before dropping it off. He was unhelpful in letting me know where before I figured it out and was able to leave my package. There was no signage for the scanner machine and staff have never been that friendly but this was just a rude exchange. Unfortunately, it's a close location to me so I use this place only if necessary but the staff are not that great from my experiences.

So I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max from Verizon. (2 day shipping) by Friday when it was supposed to…read morebe delivered, they updated the delivery time twice. The first being between 12pm -3pm.. by 2 pm it was updated again saying it will be delivered by 7pm.. around 6pm I get an email saying an attempt was made.. I was off work that day so I know no one tried to deliver. I gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to pay the $5.99 fee to hold it at the facility on 6505 quad Ave, 21205. So I waited until Munday to pick it up. Got to the facility around 10am. Picked my box up, and thought (this feels light) as I'm going out the door I was so excited I started to open the box before getting to my car. I looked at the box and it looked like someone untapped the box and rolled the same tape back on, opened the box and it's only my apple watch which I ordered as well. Took the box back and spoke with the same clerk who told me the manager that deals with theft isn't in and he can only mark the package damaged. And then says "it's crazy that they took the phone and left the watch" and says they have an issue there with employees stealing. In a business to insure that you are not liable for things like theft why wouldn't you take precautions to stop it. There are too many bad reviews saying the same thing, it's bad for business, and frustrating to customers. And don't tell me it's nothing ups can do about it. Because there's a lot you can do.. it's called laziness and Unempathetic to the people you serve. If I didn't have to I would never use UPS. But I can't control where I buy things and who they ship with but I do know myself, I will never use UPS as a shipper. Terrible customer service, terrible driver service.
