They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. They do have spots out front but the first time I went I parked under the hill and it wasn't bad because it's all free parking. You just have to walk up the hill. This last time was a drop off and the staff who I tried dropping my package off was very rude about telling me I needed to scan the package myself before dropping it off. He was unhelpful in letting me know where before I figured it out and was able to leave my package. There was no signage for the scanner machine and staff have never been that friendly but this was just a rude exchange. Unfortunately, it's a close location to me so I use this place only if necessary but the staff are not that great from my experiences.
