They claimed I didn't answer their call, so they went ahead and fixed everything. However, before leaving, I specifically asked them to text or leave a voicemail if I didn't answer, and I received neither. I would be extremely cautious leaving your device here. I then found Dave, who is a sincere professional technician, and "felt right" on the phone. I dropped off the album, and he got me the digitized file in a couple of days. The result was really good (songs were clean with properly adjusted volume). Justin was professional, honest, gave us recommendations and said with a smile "his company could do the job". Within a week Justin had Tom (heavy equipment operator) out on the job. I have one foot in the door and the bald headed male "Manager" IMMEDIATELY says "We are getting ready to go home". I think "Ok, this will take two minutes. Write down the name, tel number, the (8) letters/numbers on the work order and we are done." I say ' That is ok, this order will only take two minutes and I don't need anything this afternoon. It can be done within a couple of days". The "Manager" says "We are getting ready to go home!" with a more "important tone" to his speech. I get the hint: He has 10 minutes left in the working day and he does not want to spend two minutes to accept another order. Well then.... I tell myself that if they don't want my business, I can take it elsewhere like Diamond Printing or Spot-On sign printing OR even www.instaprint.com !!!! I took one step backwards to leave and he THEN says "What do you need?" I responded, "That's ok.... you need to get home." and I walked out. I have used Imperial printing since '88 when I moved to PVille. I have just heard that the new owners will be closing this location and taking down the hill to Sacramento. When I called they were friendly and told me to come by. When I dropped off my computer, things were explained to me in terms I could understand (not IT terms). Not only was my computer fixed quicker than I expected, but I paid less than the quoted repair price!
