Wish I could give this lower stars. Came in and multiple employees were being verbally abusive to another employee. Disgusting.

We tried the lavender lemonade slushy and it was super refreshing. We were the only ones there, and pulling up was a little confusing since it looks very home-y, and we weren't totally sure where things were happening. They had a nice little selection of goodies for sale, and overall the vibe was really chill. However... there was a cat hanging around that became a bit of a deal-breaker. It climbed right up on the table where the utensils, napkins, and bagged chips were -- literally sat on the chip bags like it owned the place. Clearly not its first time doing that. who wants cat booty on their food? I'm all for farm animals and pets, but I don't think they should be around areas where food is being handled or served -- especially where straws and napkins are kept. Then our drink came out with a straw already in it, and while it was brought from the kitchen, it made me wonder if the cat's allowed back there too. They also mentioned a flower garden we could check out, which we did but it took only a few minutes, and then we headed out. Overall, it's a relaxing little spot, but not much to do, and the food hygiene situation needs some serious work. I definitely don't want cat butt near my snacks.

Cons: seems just wild forest and not maintained area with clear view for each tree. Other trees have blocked even growth of the tree. Many tree as just new branches of previously cut trees and are very high, like 7ft high to even cut. Hard to tell what the tree will look like. Many trees have fewer or every uneven length branches. Hot cider provided, packing just a dollar. Very nice staff, pleasant and welcoming. So, it's forest from where you can pick a wild tree. Some picks here even show quite well how the trees look like. Went for the cut-your-tree experience and that we had. Glad that this kind of places still exists!

My husband walked back up and the owner brought his truck and chain saw and cut it down for us He said that he grew up here and he is 3rd generation owner. The trees are a great price, $48 and we tipped them for helping us cut the tree down. His wife said it was not necessary but we really appreciated the service. I definitely recommend this tree farm. The staff are wonderful and the "cutters" do their best to make selecting and cutting the tree a magical experience. They start the tree cutting for you, with their own saws (you don't need to bring your own), so the tree regrows properly - but they each let us take turns. Not as easy as they make it look! So helpful at every step of the process - including free wrapping and tying it to the car. We found a beautiful 9' Turkish Nordman with blue hues on the bottom and it has barely dropped any needles after the initial shaking!!

I also recommend bringing cash to tip the cutters who cut your tree and bring it to the front for you. They also usually have a cash only line to pay for your tree which moves way faster than the credit card only line. Lastly, you should get a hot cocoa before you start looking so you have something warm to hold. It's a little pricey but the experience, service, and quality is what keeps us going back!
