After calling, I was told someone had stepped out, and I was left waiting outside in freezing temperatures for around 20-30 minutes before anyone returned. On a separate visit, I looked more closely at the vehicles and noticed visible marring and light scratches on the paint, along with interiors that didn't appear properly cleaned or detailed. For a dealership, I would expect the vehicles to be presented in much better condition. And for them to be clean and cared for. There was also a lack of customer service, as no one acknowledged or assisted while I was inside. I've also heard similar feedback from others, which made the experience even more concerning. Overall, I had a very unprofessional experience would not recommend.

I had left it unlocked in the NPA parking lot. When I returned to NPA, I told the manager I thought my car had been stolen and almost called 911. He told me it was out for a test drive. For an OIL CHANGE? He told me they always test drive every car. I knew this was a lie because I had been there before and I always wait outside for my car to be serviced. Never once had they test driven it. The manager then involved the owner, whose face told me that he'd never heard of a test drive for an oil change. But he naturally backed up his manager's lie. It turns out that the Audi mechanic's Audi knowledge is years out of date and he didn't recognize the yellow "check your surroundings" light on the virtual dashboard display. (He also didn't know the tire pressure placard was replaced years ago to just state the maximum allowable PSI.) So the mechanic drove my car to see if the light would go off. The mechanic joined in the lie that NPA always test drives a car before and after every service. He also claimed he had to drive the car to get the engine up to operating temperature. He apparently doesn't know the temperature gauge tells you this. The owner told me to get out and never come back because I caught the bunch of them in lies and complained that I had not authorized a test drive, or, even been informed that there would be one.

I looked on Car Gurus and found a car that really impressed me and I inquired. The next day I called and talked to Steve and was immediately struck by how in depth he was about the car. He listened to my situation and let me tell him what we needed. We discussed the car and had several conversations that day and it was no time at all and we were approved by various lenders and we were arranging to drive to Delaware to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately I became really sick and couldn't make the trip for a few days and Steve was more concerned about my health than the sale. Which is not surprising since he is not a typical salesman. We came today, finalized the deal, signed, sealed, and after a few hours home with our new 2014 Chevy Cruze and it is JUST what we were looking for. 100,000 miles less than our totaled car, great payment and 1st payment not due for a month. Beautiful car, clean, great gas mileage, and so happy to say this Made in America and Made in Ohio car is Ours. Thank you Steve -- you have been a wonderful help to us. People seem to be friendly and understanding. We have never had any issues with staff or the mechanics there. Once we had some problems making payments. We expained our situation and they worked with us until we got caught up. Also one vehicle ended up needing some unforseen repairs just before we paid it off. They had their mechanic look at it for us. They gave us a cheaper quote than anyone plus let us make payments on the repairs. I am looking forward to my next purchase from them.
