They donated great job not just on the gas vehicles but they really know their EVs too, and they have chargers in the parking lot via blink. Today I had my 30k mile service and I can sum it up by saying in the waiting room I had a nice chat with a Lady from W. Va, she wasn't on a trip or visiting, she drives 150 miles one way to have Nissan North service her car and has been doing it for years! That lady drives 300 miles round trip because Nissan North service is that good.

After several minutes, I poked my head into the service area and say this tall Indian man on his phone. He finally came to the desk only to tell me there was no mechanic. He may arrive later that morning. There were several pairs of keys on the desk of cars to be worked on. He still wanted me to leave my car but could not assure me my car would be worked on. He Helped me with the recall getting fixed and he also managed to get my ECU or whatever it was called reprogrammed because a prior dealer didn't do their job properly which he could have made me go back to them to finish the job or correct their mess up but he went ahead and fixed it! That speaks volumes! To anyone who reads this and needs a truck! Come to Ricart!! they made buying my truck effortless thanks to Tom Diggs!! And with any repairs or maintenance go see Cody! When I called the dealership the next morning, they told me that they would be working on my car promptly and would let me know if there were any issues with my vehicle besides the blown tire. I received a phone call shortly after and the problems with my vehicle were fixed quick! I'm incredibly grateful for Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin, and Hal, for getting me back on the road.

An hour later suddenly the 2007 Santa Fe is available but at a "non-negotiable" higher price with no explanation as to what happened to the other sale, and now they're trying to rush me to buy the car. Stand firm and don't let them play in your face.
