I purchased a used vehicle here, and I tried to get them to come down $1000 because the seats were an awful condition and serviced immediately, and frequently. The seats are very heavily stained, have food crumbs all over them, crayon melted into the seat fabric, black stains, all throughout. Instead of giving this car, a quick vacuum and wipe down, they opted to cover the seats with seat covers, and leave the change and trash in the backs of the front seats. They came down on the price $500, which is honestly a little pathetic. The value of this car I got impressing condition with no body damage, all the splash guards, and clean seats is $10,580.. I paid $10,500. I took it back in to get detailed at Buckeye superstore trying to give them one last shot, and the seats came out a little better, sure. But there is still melted into the seat, black and grime all in the arm trim. The have black stains all over them. It looks like all they may have done is vacuum up some of the debris. read more

Drove 3 hours to view/buy a vehicle after making an appointment with the sales representative 24 hours in advance Only to discover a chipped windshield , the vehicle was filthy outside, and that the car was full of dog hair and I'm severely allergic to pet dander. Additionally, prior damage to the vehicle, which had been repaired was found on a carfax search which WAS NOT advertised or divulged to us by the salesman. The sales representative/manager made no effort to work with us on pricing. Totally disappointed that the salesman knew that we were traveling 3 hours but made no effort to divulge the condition of the vehicle to us or prepare it prior to our arrival. Be very cautious and check servicing and sales reviews on this business. Don't Recommend doing business with them! read more

We drove 5 hours to buy a truck here. I must say this was one of our most pleasant car buying experiences ever! We worked out most of our deal on the phone and from the start our salesman, Ben Baker worked with us. He dropped the price to what we thought was fair. Even our financing was a great experience. Fred Barabani gave off such a positive vibe! He seemed like he genuinely tried to help. We knew we needed an extended warranty because of the amount of miles and the amount of off-road driving my husband has to drive for work. He figured out every possible option for us and didn't try to push us on any of them. As soon as we got there Ben got my Mom and the kids set up with the TV to watch while we were doing business. He actually went above and beyond by helping us find a hotel with a slide for the kids. Even said he's sending me a gift basket! Great guys! We would definitely purchase from them again! read more

I have a dealership that I would avoid! Buckeye Super Store in Shelby, Ohio I recently turned in my lease and had decided to buy. After owning the lease for three years and having only 14,000 miles on it was time to turn it in. at the time Jeeps had no spare tire only the can of fix a flat. I purchased a new Firestone tire on the rim $350.00 give or take with Tax's. I was not asked if I wanted it - I had to ask for It. I never received the tire changing tool kit,I again purchased. At may recent visit, I was told that my tires (at 46,331 miles ) are starting to dry rot. Mind you I purchased the car in Feb 4, 2019. I have just now reached the recommended service. Imagine my surprise to hear the word DRY-ROT. The tires are not cheap ones, Firestone. I have always considered them to a better tire. The whining noise could not be located. Again sorry about my luck!!! I do wonder if the tires there were switched out!!! I had a conversation with Mark Feguson to no avail. Since the Pre-owned warranty people didn't notice the problem , it was ah-well. They are human and could had missed it or at that low mileage they didn't give it a thought I am a disabled senior citizen, at my age and health I need a dependable car without putting money out again, with the purchase being so recent. I am an avid supporter of our Veteran, having my father, Grandfather and brother all serving during time of war, it is very important to be able to volunteer V.F.W. and several others. Phenomenal dealership. Incredible people. Amazing vehicle. Jeeps official website referred me to this dealership based off of my search so I filled out a contact form. They immediately contacted me. I was initially speaking with Miss Penny who was very friendly. Once we started into the details, I started communicating with Mike Monroe. Mike was, hands down, one of the most professional, personable and relatable salesmen I have ever met. I was able to send photos of my trade in and he got everything worked out for me while I was at work. We came in, test drove the Gladiator and by the time we got back, Fred in finance had the paperwork ready so we were able to sign and head home. I absolutely loathe sitting at car dealerships but they made it a great experience and we did not wait long at all. I wasn't sure about how car buying would be with this crazy Covid virus going on but they made it seem effortless. Masked up and social distancing! Made our experience a safe one! Staff at Buckeye are great. I went in with a preapproval in hand from a bank. They offered to give their list of banks a try. I allowed, and was surprised to find that they cut the offered rate by more than 5%. I bought a used Nitro at 3% (almost unheard of in used cars). The Nitro needed some service, and I've found the service department to be just as friendly and professional as the sales and finance offices. If you're looking for a used car, ask for Kenny. A truly great salesman (a bit of the old school - talk to you all day - type), very professional, and very wonderful. I will certainly be returning to Buckeye again! read more

Don't go here!!! Called for a vehicle and made an offer. Offer rejected but was called with a counter offer. Excepted counter offer only to have the salesman sell it out from under me. I found out when he didn't call me back and I had to call him. He was extremely rude to me and said I've been busy with customers and I sold it 30 mins ago. His tone was completely nasty and condescending. I get sometimes a coworker might sell the car a customer may want, but to be working with someone and you sell it out from under them that is despicable and a very dirty practice. read more
