I found United Collision Center with five stars, and they had no wait. Because they were not on preferred list, State Farm made them jump through additional hoops for the estimate and payments, but United Collision Center made it transparent to me. More mini drama with insurance when I went to pick up. But United quarterbacked all the communication with State Farm and it got replaced with minimum fuss to me. The repair itself was terrific. The panels were fixed and the paint perfectly matched. The rest of the car was clayed and looked new. We did have some existing damage on the other side of the bumper, and they fixed that too for a reasonable price. Everything looking good!

Big shoutout to Marco!…read more I've been in a few unfortunate situations such as hit and runs and hitting flying debris on the freeway in the past 4 years since buying the car new. The biggest concern I had when coming to repairing the damages is "Will it truly look the same as before the incident?" B2 Perfection answered that question through their work and attention to detail. My car looks brand new after coming out of repair every time and a big reason why I keep coming to B2 for my repairs is because of their team. Marco was my advisor at B2 for the 2 most recent incidents and he is probably one of the best repair advisors I've worked with. Super communicative throughout the process, giving me updates throughout in terms of the repair process, and being very responsive to answer any questions I had. He'll be 100% transparent if there's any delays and the reasoning behind them. His goal is to try to get you back in your car as soon as possible without rushing the repair. Prices are average to maybe a little higher than other shops but it makes up for it with quality and detail. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know who needs a repair shop!

To be sure, they wanted a large sum of money just to investigate the source (even though Subaru's own technical guidance referred specifically to 3 likely sources), then the repair itself. I took my car to Advanced Auto Repair for a second opinion. They were methodical in looking for the water leak. They removed the back interior panels to expose the area, then the car went through a car wash and inspected. They found the leak and repaired it. The cost to me was hundreds less the Subaru dealership. The folks here treated me with respect, kindness and really listened to my concerns. They are excellent at what they do, with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them.
