    Obed and the team did an amazing job on my BMW after having some front-end damage happen while on a road trip. After bringing my 340i to the shop and speaking with Marlon, I was confident in leaving my car in good hands. And boy, was I happy with the work they did! The body work was immaculate, and the paint job looks straight from factory! I have had paint work done in the past by numerous shops, but this, by far, was the best paint job I have ever had. Kudos to the shop for taking such care in their own craftsmanship. If you are looking for a body shop that takes pride in their work, then look no further! Once again, thank you Obed, Marlon, and the rest of the crew at United Collision!

    I had an unfortunate accident earlier this year with my M3. Given this is the most expensive car I've ever owned, and one that I want to keep in the nicest and most factory condition possible, and being weary of local BMW service shops not producing the best results, I did my research to find a body shop that would provide me the exact result I wanted. I was recommended United Collision in Mountain View by Edge Motorworks as they've seen the work they've done for their performance cars when they used to neighbor them, and I decided to go with them. From the get-go, I could tell Francisco, the front face of the shop, knew exactly what I wanted from the job and wasted no time in getting started on the repair. I insisted on only OEM, new or like-new components, and was willing to be patient for the final result. I have other cars I can drive around, so I wasn't pressed for time to get my car back until it was finished. The repair job took around two months in between sourcing components, dealing with insurance, and the actual job of repairing. The bottleneck was waiting for shipment and supply of parts, which is out of control for everyone involved. The end result knocked me off my feet. I have never seen my car be so clean, shiny, or well put-together as it was when I came to United Collision to pick it up. The paint was matched and blended perfectly, there were no mismatched or large panel gaps, and everything was straight. One month after picking up the car, I have absolutely no issues with the repair, and this is after driving the car spirited up onto the canyons a few times, in between the daily highway commute. These guys did a phenomenal job in repairing my M3 and I cannot praise them more for the job. I even came out with a warranty, which is one extra bonus I didn't have when I bought the car last year. If you're looking to get an OEM factory repair job, look no further than United Collision. Francisco provided timely updates, never kept me hanging and was very transparent on any issues or delays that came up with the repair. I highly recommend this shop and will take my future projects or repairs here.

Obed (owner) and his team always go above and beyond to make sure customer is always satisfied and comfortable. Obed communicates with you throughout the whole process and gives you updates regularly. They pay close attention to detail and they take care of your car like if it was one of theirs. They've always impressed me with their work, if you're skeptical of taking your vehicle to just any body shop you don't have to worry United Collision is the best in customer service and exceptional quality service. This recent experience had to be the best customer service I've possibly ever experienced! I would recommend them 10x to anyone.

    I left my car there on a Wednesday about noon. It is now Tuesday end of day (6 days later) and I…read morecalled them 4 times over the last week (and left 4 voicemails with my return phone number) to find out status of my car which should have at least had the diagnostic by this point. No one picked up and there was no returned phone calls. I am just going to go in tomorrow and pick up my car and take it to another location. Update 6/30: It seemed the mechanics were fine, I'm sure it is a capable shop. I finally got a call on Friday (1 hour before i was going in to pick up my car to move it to another repair shop). The nice person who accepted my car let me know that they had completed the diagnostic. I told him I was just gonna come in and get it since it had been 9 days since i had dropped it off and couldn't get ahold of anyone there. Plus on my voicemail on Tuesday i had said to cancel the diagnostic. I picked up my car and took it to another place. Also worth noting... I responded to the yelp response below on Wednesday with screenshots of my call log and the address where i took it. I got no response from that email address, no phone call, no nothing. I suspect the problems with this place are one or more of the following: * They have a LOT of cars onsite. My guess is that they are accepting too many and we would all be better served if they didn't over commit and said no to some of us. * I am guessing there used to be someone who was in charge of answering phone calls and responding to voicemails and communicating with the mechanics. Now there seems to be no one dedicated to this (though maybe an overworked mechanic who is stretched too thin). On Friday the person i worked with seemed to have no knowledge I had cancelled my diagnostic 4 days earlier. * Maybe they have an automated system for responding to one star yelp reviews... and it is not being monitored anymore. * Maybe their phone system is down or misconfigured and they are losing phone calls and voicemails. * Maybe the owner (or office manager) is sick. I hope they get better if so.
