They fixed a small ding in my windshield (for free, covered by my insurance), put air in my tires, changed my oil, and gave me a car wash all for like $25. Whaaa? I'll put this lightly..Car Spa SUCKS!!! I went to Car Spa today to get my oil changed and my car washed and vacuumed. I pulled up to one of the oil change lines, selected my package, and then went inside to wait for my oil change/car wash to be completed. There were only two cars in the bays, so I knew I would probably have to wait a little. Well, inside they announced that the 1st oil change was finished, then the second, then the third, then the fourth?!?! Maybe cars 3 and 4 were just getting oil changes and not getting car washes. NOPE! My car was STILL sitting right where I had parked it in line and this was an HOUR LATER! I just wasted an hour of my time and knowing that it was probably going to be another 30 minutes - 1 hour for my car to be serviced, I made the decision to leave. I pulled my car out of the same location that I had parked it, and went and had my oil changed at another place. (It only took 15 minutes). If you have all day to kill, then Car Spa is the place for you. Otherwise, go across the street! read more

Hands down, customer service won me over. From the time I pulled up to the time I picked up, everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I honestly tried another business prior to coming here, and although the other business had cheaper prices, their service had me out of the door before I had a chance to pull my car in. I came to Car Spa around 1 p.m. on a Wednesday to get my car detailed and waxed. They weren't terribly busy but there were still roughly a dozen cars being worked on. I pulled up and explained what I wanted to get done. The employee I spoke to had a laminated services card in hard, which he walked me through. He showed me the best options for what I needed to get done and explained what the best deal was. Although he did tell me what I should consider getting, by no means did he try and sell me on something I didn't need. I ended up paying less than I expected from when I looked up their prices online. Once I selected my services, the employee outside gave me an estimate on when my car would be ready. He directed me where to go inside to pay and off I went. The interior of the business impressed me as well. Definitely more comfy than most places, they also had WiFi available which was great since I needed to work while waiting. The woman at the service desk was friendly and said she would call me once my car was ready, in case I needed to step away (there are plenty of businesses surrounding this location). I thanked her, paid, and then proceeded to wait. An hour or so later, my car was ready. I walked outside and made sure to check everything out. The exterior looked great and I could tell the difference the wax made. I looked at the interior of my car, specifically my cup holders, and could tell there was still and area that needed to be cleaned. Granted, I had a hard time trying to get the holders clean myself, I figured a professional detailing place could. I signaled one of the employees to come take a look and they quickly rushed to my car. Within three minutes, two employees worked to get the sticky stuff out of my holders. They both apologized and as they walked away I could hear them discussing who cleaned the car. I was happy to see how generous they were in coming back to help. Because I've worked in many service industries, I know how employees can be. Although I paid for a service and it should have been done correctly the first time, it's rare to see the teamwork these guys put in, especially with a lack of attitude towards me or one another. Overall, I loved this place. Prices weren't the cheapest, but they were fair and I got what I wanted. The OUTSTANDING service will keep me coming back. Great job by all! read more

Took my 71 El Camino there for an inspection. Somehow they managed to tear the steering wheel cover on the car. Car was fully restored two years ago so I'm fully aware of the condition and state of the car. Cover was not torn when the car was brought in. First they claimed they didn't do it, then that they weren't liable if they couldn't touch the steering wheel. This tear was not from just "touching the steering wheel." They refused to take responsibility or liability. I will not be using this establishment again. read more

I Googled car wash near me and I was suckered by the name "Car Spa." I dislike the cloth strip washing method, which can scratch your car and does not clean in the corners, but was in a hurry. I paid $29.99. I was told that it would take 25 minutes and the color/make/model would be announced as ready... 45 minutes later, when my car wasn't called, I retrieved my keys and found it parked at the edge of the lot. Who knows how long it had been ready. Although the inside was impeccable, the windows were dirty in the corners. Not worth $29.99 or the wait! read more

I've been to this car wash many times over the years. Went in for a wash, window & vacuum. My car was the only car out there being cleaned, and 3 guys were out there. They spent more time talking to each other, than cleaning my car. After 10 minutes of watching this, I went outside to sit, hoping that would speed them up. After 10 more minutes of watching this, i went to my car, said that they were done cleaning my car, it was time for me to go. The guy who looked to be in charge said they were almost done. I said that had they spent more time cleaning my car, than talking, g they would have finished 5 minutes ago. Then the 3 rd guy out there said to me., well in all fairness, that guy on the other side is the one scheduled to clean your car. I said, if I were you, I would not say another word. I said, I will never come came here again. The guy in charge, said please come back, I promise we'll do a better job. So, what about doing a good job of cleaning my car, while I'm here now is what I was thinking. I guess the last 9 months of less customers, taught them that one customer is now too much. While Car Spa is easy to get in for an oil change the pricing is out of line compared to the Honda Dealer. Typically, my Honda Pilot oil change at the dealer is $49. Same type of oil and change at Car Spa is $64, a $14 premium. Both places get you in and out quickly with a free car wash. CAR SPA IS OVERPRICED!!! read more

The worst. Took my car by today as Trademark in Allen had a line down McDermott. It absolutely looks as if 7 year olds washed the car. Dirt and streaks everywhere. Not sure they even cleaned the windshield. $29.99 later, I am now taking it to Trademark tomorrow. Oh, and I was there 30 minutes. As I saw a young man walking around the car and wiping it now and then as he walked away several times, I KNEW I was not going to be happy. Wow. I just got gas, and they offered a discount if you pay at the pump for a cleaning. I paid $17 for what I thought would be interior/exterior... there are NO descriptions at the pump). Then I found out it is another $13.99 to have the inside vacuumed and wiped down). So $30.99 since I paid at the pump and got a mere $2.50 off my gas, vs $18.99 for full service if I waited and paid in the car wash line. That feels VERY deceptive, and there was very little understanding of my frustration when I asked about the practice. I just got ripped off from this location yesterday. My son's DSI left in the car without me knowing, was taken from the guy cleaning the car. Watched the videos etc, and pretty much after all was said and done they said they wouldn't do anything even if they saw the guy stick it in his pocket. I tried Car Spa on a Monday afternoon. I told the man I needed a new air filter with my oil change. I added an interior clean to the complimentary wash. He told me it would be 30 minutes tops for oil change and wash. After 40 minutes he came and told me they didn't have the filter I needed. Let me start by saying I've been a loyal Car Spa customer for about four years. However, I went to Car Spa for my state inspection and to get my car detailed this past weekend and had my first unpleasant experience: 1) For the state inspection, they needed my insurance card and said it would be left on the dashboard. When I finally got my car back, it was nowhere to be found anywhere in the car. About 15min later, I had to suggest they look in the trash, and sure enough it was crumbled in a wad at the bottom. Someone had thrown it away... 2) For the car detailing, they said my cloth seats would be wet for about another hour and were in the process of drying. About 24hrs later the seats were still wet and the car started to smell like mildew. When I went back to Car Spa that next afternoon to ask if anything could be done to dry them quicker, they said I needed to leave the car running with the heat on and crack my windows overnight in the garage. Why wasn't this said to me before? They offered minimal help and weren't even busy because it was raining outside. I can't promise I will be returning any time soon. It's unfortunate. read more

Not satisfied with my detail. Was told it would be 45 minutes. Was well over a hour. Don't mind the wait much, but was expecting the car to be much cleaner. When I got in my car there was spots still on the interior I could easily wipe off with my hands or a towel. I expect a detail to get those small things. Will not be returning. read more

I have been going here for years but last month was a decline in quality. I did not review, but today's wait time was 70 minutes (clicked on my ticket from when I paid) to when I was flagged for leaving. That did not take into account I had been there 15 minutes before paying. Absolutely no sense of urgency as cars backed up to be cleaned. But the worst part, bug crap, streaky windows, half ass conditioner applied with many " missed" areas, and dirt in from and side of car. Yes, they took care of it, gave me a $10 credit, but the quality has really declined recently. Plenty of other car washes that are a lot cheaper with poor quality....rather go there than pay a high price for poor quality. Lol. I was pleased in general with the wash on the outside. The inside of my car could have been a little more detailed. My big problem is they only have a 48-hour clean car policy. Most other places I've taken it have a 5-7 "raincheck" policy. They were pleasant to deal with, but I also felt I was being pushed into an upcharge. I paid $69.99 to have the seats cleaned and conditioned, and the carpets in my 2005 Mustang shampooed, and another $10 for a hand wash. On the drive home, with the sun shining on the car, I noticed that the windshield had water spots on it and the rear window had water spots and haze on it. The leather seats may have been wiped down but they certainly weren't scrubbed, as I have done a better job on them with Simoniz spray and a brush. They didn't even open the trunk. The baking soda I had on the carpet to kill the smell of fertilizer was still there, obviously un-vacuumed. The wheels were cleaner than when I dropped it off, but nowhere near as clean as when I wash the car and definitely not worth the extra $10 for a hand wash. read more

If I could give a zero I would. This place is absolutely terrible. Went on a non busy day. Paid $70 for my car to get carpet and seats shampooed and detailed. And everything was just a half ass job. Biggest waste of money and time. I was in a rush to get back to work so when I picked up my car I was just expecting everything to be done since that's what I paid for. But no it was a shitty job. They couldn't even vacuum the trunk, Which I stated I wanted done, none of the doors or center console or really anything plastic was cleaned. And when I took it back I told the guy everything that was wrong. Waited for it to get cleaned again and again it was just done awful I could still see where it was dirty. I got this car used so thought I would pay a professional to clean it but i should have just done it myself. Please go somewhere else and save your money. read more

went once here to get a full detail for the car, inside and outside. car on the outside was clean, on the inside, it looked like the didn't wipe down anything at all. went back the next day to explain to them that they didn't clean the car and that there was still puke on the seat. The man, Ben, explained that wasn't what we paid for (why didn't he tell us about the other side where it would show what detailing we could get?) anyways he said that they wouldn't go back and do it because of puke and the corona virus, which i understand but if they were actually worried about the virus, the car spa would be shut down and their employees would be on PTO, but they aren't! but for $50 more dollars they could go back and clean everything. Extremely disappointed after coming here for years. Given estimate wait of 25 min. At one point around the 30-35 min mark, guy calls out my car but it belonged to someone else. After another 5 min, I ran to the bathroom for 2 min. Come back out and wait until the 50 min mark. Go to the same guy and asked for the status of my car. Turns out, he called my car when i was in the bathroom. I said well that's not much of a system to call it out once when I was sitting right in front of you. I asked to speak to a manager and it was refused. Going out to my car, I notice they did a crappy job; spots, dirt marks still showing. And a few small items (not of much value but that's not the point) were gone. I went back inside but the line was 5 people deep. When I asked again told me same thing and came forward in a not so nice manner. I left but it concerns me that the pump has a issue and thus a risk to my CC. I washed my car here one month ago and brought it back tonight (traveling 30 minutes -- calling in advance to make sure they could take me at 6:45 pm) to do it again and they told me that they suddenly cannot wash it because it has a bike rack on the back of it. Went to get my car detailed today. I had never done it before so I thought I would treat myself. Big mistake when I first got out of the car the girl Kaitlyn was rude to me. My husband and I spoke to the manager about her attitude and he did give us a discount. The little girl at the register tried to make everything OK and we thought it was. Then we got our car back the windshield was smeared up with smudges the back glass was smeared up with smudges and both the driver door and the side door had water stains running down the outside of the glass. And we also paid to get chips in our windshield fixed which ended up being more defined after they fixed them that they were before. This cost me $110. So we called to complain the manager asked us to bring the car back and unfortunately it took them two hours to not clean the car to begin with. I told him that we were unable to bring the car back that it would have to be done another day my question is what did I pay for? The interior came out looking great but not the exterior I would really just like my money back and be done with car spa! I will pay the 44.99 for the interior cleaning but besides that I would really just like my money back! read more

On this Wednesday morning, I pulled up to two empty bays for an oil change. No employees were present in either of the bays designated for oil changes. After more than five minutes, I was able to get the attention of an employee named Ryan who, instead of answering my question, rudely chastised me for bothering to ask him if they were doing oil changes today. When I asked for a manager, I learned they were short-staffed. Once they got finished with my car, there was still bird poop on multiple locations, even after the "wash." There is nothing this location could do to make me come back ! Worst car spa location in the Dallas/Plano area. I took my car there for an inspection. I had it at the dealer for oil change and inspection but they said I needed new front tires so I had to bring it back after I got the tires. I decided to take it to car spa for the the inspection because I was shopping right next door. First, they wanted me to buy windshield wipers because they said they were drying out. I told them I had just had the car inspected at the dealer and all they said I needed was tires. Okay, he said he would let that go because they were "borderline".....yea right! they work fine. Now they tell me just wait a minute and they will have the car washed for free!!! woo hoo, free! They leave the car in the middle of the exit area of the car wash because the person at that end could not drive a manual (shift). So I have to get in the car quickly and drive it away because I have cars coming out behind me. I get home and realize the post that runs up the side of the windshield, where they put the new sticker, has all black fingerprints on it. It's the same material as the healiner and door panels....beige in color. Then my eyes moved to where all the crumbs were from the sticker they scraped off. The dash was covered, the door, the shifter boot it was everywhere. I was so furious that I paid someone to make my perfect car a mess!!! When I told my husband he reminded me that we had our car there two other times and had problems both times....once they would not ispect because the window tint was too dark. They could fix it! Funny how the State Inspection Site had no problem with the tint. The other time they made him buy windshield wipers. So, be prepared to spend big bucks to get your car inspected here! read more
